So thankful I took my car for a second opinion here. They helped me to understand what was needed in what amount of time - prioritize. More importantly they beat the price by far on the quote from the dealer. Very impressed with the quality of service and the kindness of the team. I will be back for sure . read more

Outstanding service and professionalism. Only place we take our cars. Labriola Automotive is the best.

These folks take great care of its customers! Work is done quickly, expertly, and with great personality.

Excellent oil change for a great price and done within an hour. I was late but they still took great care of me.

Quality repairs and service. I have an older import car and I am selective on who services it. They take care of the car in a friendly, knowledgeable and professional manner. read more

Called multiple times about using a coupon and when I got there they coincidentally forget to mention my car doesn't qualify! Even though they knew my car type for a week before the appointment. Made me come over to their little corner for nothing. Don't bother replying to this either. Thanks. read more

this place is the best repair shop I have found in Wilmington and the STAFF is even better. Thank you for repairing my BMW the right way

I went in this week for an oil change and yearly inspection and was on my way again in less than two hours. Great service and polite staff! Recommended! read more

I have had my car serviced at Labriola's a few times. The staff was very friendly, eager to help and provided superior service. I recommend you to try this company and I am sure you will be pleased. Great service and prices. I would recommend them to my closest friends and have! The service can be a bit slow but when you're working on a vehicle and providing reliable fixes, I don't want fast. read more

I've been going to Labriola's for over ten years, I've never had any problems and highly recommend this service. I have sent several friends and they thank me, as they are very satisfied. Fair prices, stands behind their service and very friendly. Lane is at the front desk and always a pleasure to talk to, can't say enough about this business. read more

We highly recommend them. Our dealership where our car was being serviced hit a roadblock with fixing our car. We had it towed to Labriola's and their troubleshooting skills were incredible! They figured out a path that worked. We are very excited to have our car back on the road and are planning to take our other auto there going forward!! read more

Very disappointed in my last experience here. I went in for a oil change on my Tiguan and before arrival got a call that it would be $85 not $40- last time I had been there it was $67 which was what I was expecting so when I questioned the $85 I was told that it was billed wrong at my last visit and has never been $67-which is interesting because another review with the same car as me posted 2 weeks ago shared that his was also $67 and my friends and family I had referred to this place 6 months ago also paid $67 for their VWs. Additionally, while I was waiting for my oil change I was told that my battery was bad and needed to be replaced and was quoted $318. I declined that offer and got my battery checked somewhere else today and it was operating at 100% and is no where near needing to be changed- not to mention if it did need to be changed the MOST expensive option at this place was around $250. As a younger woman I always worry about being taken advantage of like this when it comes to car services, and this experience was very disheartening. I will not be returning and neither will my family members and friends that I have recommended here. read more

Miss Lane and all the employees are the nicest people I've met. Took my 2016 Ram ecodiesel, which is the hardest vehicle I've ever had to work on they found the problem in no time had my truck back the next day running better than ever. If you have a vehicle take it here. I will not take mine anywhere else from now on. read more

Labriola's Automotive - 2016 Ram Ecodiesel notoriously bad motor. Miss Lane and her team fixed it in no time. - Auto Repair Near Me - Wilmington, North Carolina

I went in for a last minute oil change earlier this week, and was in and out in no time. I typically never write reviews, but wanted to comment on the outstanding customer service that I received from Lane at the front desk. She was beyond personable and explained to me in detail other things that were found during the oil change that needed to be fixed while not make me feel pressured or stressed about the findings- I will definitely be back! read more

I just moved from Nashville to Wilmington just over a month ago. And since I've been here, I've had some serious repairs that needed to be made on my 2003 Monte Carlo! Lane (the receptionist) and Blake (the main mechanic) have gone above and beyond to help me understand the repairs that needed to be made and helped it be as cost efficient as possible. For someone who knows NOTHING about cars, that has helped a lot. BUT I think they thing that stood out the most was I dropped off my car as soon as they opened on Monday morning with plans to pick it up before closing. It was a quick job and they guaranteed to get it done ASAP because I had just gotten it out of the shop just days prior (no fault of theirs, just bad luck lol). I had taken an Uber out to the beach to pass the time. And after a gas shortage, Uber and Lift and all of the taxi services had basically shut down. I wasn't going to be able to get back to Labriola's before closing and I wasn't sure how myself and my friend were going to get ourselves and our beach stuff back home. LANE AND BLAKE freaking drove 20 minutes to the beach in one of their own vehicles AFTER CLOSING just to get me, bring me back to the shop to pay and get my car. The selflessness and hospitality I was shown means more than I can express. The sweetest people who went above and beyond to take care of their customers. I don't know of a single mechanic anywhere that would do the same! HIGHLY recommend!!! Five Star service and Five Star employees! read more

I initially called the owner to see if he could work on my model of car since it was an exotic import. He stated he could handle this particular car as he was referred to me from a local dealer I know. I emailed him on a Monday asking if it would be okay to drop the car off (with specific repairs requested) and additionally that he could have it as long as he needed it. It is now Friday and I have yet to hear neither positive or negative comments from the owner. What most small uneducated business owners do not realize is you have to grow or go as that is the secret to success. I wish him well and will also speak to my contact to make him aware of the poor communication so there will be no further referrals from him. read more

If I had done a review of Brent/crew every time he saved me & the MB C300's I've owned ~ there would be manyyyyyy 5 star reviews for EACH occasion. I can't say enough about this guy and how he comes thru for me time & time again. Saves me money (regular maintenance & repairs) and keeps me up & running. He's a gentleman ~ as a woman, I trust him completely. He's always responsive when I call. Repair turnaround is pronto. THANK YOU, Brent. read more

I received what I can only describe as excellent service! Brent is a very nice guy! He made me feel like my car was the only car in the shop. They have a really great digital system that shows a picture of your vehicle and the functionality of all its components. He spent at least 45 minutes overall with me on the phone over the course of two days, making sure I understood every detail and the costs associated with the repairs. I sure wish I wasn't from Virginia because I would go to him for everything I need! read more

Owner, Brent Labriola, lacks basic manual diagnostic capabilities. He requires step-by-step instruction/direction with his scan tool to diagnose and fix issues a customer may be facing with their vehicle. Does not take time to show any reports, facts or proof of his process of elimination to problems. He runs his shop by creating excuses, not solutions. Support another small local business over this tiny clown. read more

The repair I needed done was near $500. My son recommended Labriola's and I am so impressed. They got to work on it right away and I had my car back just after noon. These people are amazing, happy and friendly and believe it or not they kept in touch with me every step. I am extremely impressed with how clean their shop is. Have you ever seen a clean auto repair shop? Even the floor was clean and I really mean clean. read more

Brent is professional, fair, and knowledgeable. Doesn't hurt that he's a super nice guy as well! Highly recommend!

They have been taking care of my 2003 Acura. My son inherited it from me and Brent has kept it on the road purring. If you want honesty in a mechanic this is where you will find it. Recently we thought we need tires and and took it to another place in town to get an estimate and were told we needed brakes also. Thank goodness we decided to go back to Labriola's and get the tires because come to find out we had no need for the brakes! read more

I've been going to Labriola's Automotive for a few years now. Brent and his team are not only good at what they do, they are a pleasure to deal with. I've had a wide range of vehicles repaired here (Suburban, Civic, vintage BMW, Audi) and all were completed in a timely and economical fashion. Brent is one of the most honest, straightforward mechanics I've ever met and I can recommend his shop without reservation. read more

Brent and Courtney were very professional and courteous; they exceeded my expectations and made a long distance repair to my son's car a pleasant experience. Highly recommended! read more

Brent is great , always answers the phone himself .staff is great too, you can tell they like working there. never have to worry about a "face man" at the front desk handing the job off to a newbie in the back who "always want to do one of those ". highest recommendation. lots of patience and knowledge about all types of vehicles. Very transparent which I have found is an unusual quality in car-care professionals. read more

Horrible customer service. Brent was very rude on the phone after telling him that there was still a problem with what he worked on and after I paid him. Drove 2 minute down the rode and had radiator fluid leaking everywhere and he claimed it was my fault. Then when he looked at it the next day and he claimed in was fine. I got it towed out of there to the dealership and they told me it was leaking out the radiator cap that he just put on. He claimed it was test drove. Overall horrible service. His attitude alone was enough to make me not want to recommended him to anyone. Never going back. read more
