Although we only hired her for day-of coordination, she started working with us six months out, and her input throughout the process was invaluable. One of the standout qualities that sets her apart is her ability to easily handle last-minute changes. After consulting with our photographer about the sunset over the mountains four days before the wedding, we decided to extend the cocktail hour by 20 minutes so our guests could enjoy the beautiful view. Hannah seamlessly coordinated this adjustment with all of our vendors, ensuring everyone knew the new timeline. On the wedding day, she worked closely with our photographer, DJ, and the venue to ensure everything went according to plan. I didn't have to answer a single question about logistics on the day.
