Most of all it is clean that is the most important thing to me when I am visiting a laundromat. Walking in, it was pretty run down with pieces of the wall missing and water ALL over the floor. The soap dispenser was empty and the change machine wouldn't take our paper bills, which was pretty frustrating. There is an option for you to pay with an app, but with the spotty cell service we get in Mammoth, it was a lot quicker for my husband to head next door to Vons to pick up some tide pods and coins rather than to wait for the app to download. Nobody seems to work there to help troubleshoot. FINALLY after having everything we needed to do our laundry (change, detergent), we placed our items in the first open machine we saw..... and it wouldn't start or take our money. This happened with the next couple of machines we tried after that until we finally found one that worked. We went out to breakfast and came back to find the machine unplugged and pulled away from the wall. Uhh what? I didn't have the patience to run it again because it wasn't clear If the cycle had completed or not. I just decided to throw it in the dryer so we could be DONE with this place. Also, the dryer ate about a dollar's worth of coins before it decided to want to work. Do yourself a favor and drive 2 more minutes to the next laundromat. This place will waste SO SO much of your time.
