Curtis came out to our family's Snowcreek town home in Mammoth Lake's California and did a…read morefantastic job. He's cleaned countless homes across the area so he instantly knew our floor plan and what he would need to ensure our carpets would be brought back to life. When he arrived he was professional, and very educational. At one point he asked if we had pets because he could tell a particular pet care product was overly harsh to the carpet and that we'd be better off using soap and water or an enzyme-based product. He was prompt in his communication, on-time when he said he would be here, and was honestly a breathe of fresh air when it comes to service based businesses. Thanks Curtis! The carpets look great!

Our rental property stove stopped working about a week before I contacted AOM (Appliances of…read moreMammoth) to get some pricing for a new electric stove. AMO was one of 3 appliance companies in the area that I contacted, they were the only one that took the time to communicate and get me the information I needed before making a purchase. From the first conversation with Kat, I felt as though I was in good hands. She did not hesitate to get me pricing and send me photos and specs of each stove that was available for what I needed. Once the decision and payment was made, AMO scheduling dept. (Randy) was able to accommodate my schedule since I do not live in the area. The delivery crew was polite and respectful and were able to remove the old stove, deliver and install the new stove with no issues. If you are in need of a new appliance, or repairs on existing appliances in the area of Mammoth Lakes, Ca, don't hesitate to contact AMO.

After calling just about every service provider in the area, I found most places were very slow to respond--and many won't return a call at all. Apparently demand outpaces supply in this area, and it really shows. Jake at Baldwin was the first person to get back to me. He took a lot of time to truly understand the project, and I never felt rushed even though I'm sure everyone at Baldwin was quite busy. By the time even our first call was over, I had a far great understanding of what was needed in terms of the technical requirements of the hardware (heater models, wiring, etc), the installation itself, and the overall process (estimate, install, inspection, etc.). As a result, I was much more confident about the next steps and we followed up from there. Jake's response showed an impressive level of professionalism. I greatly appreciated hist effort to understand and communicate with me about the project. It speaks very highly of Baldwin as a company.
