Roth Crane was a little expensive to my liking, but nonetheless I appreciated their responsiveness and I appreciated the patience, kindness and knowledge of their crew. The front service is fairly response. The main appointment scheduler asks questions and follows appropriate protocols on understanding the needs of the job. My product encountered an issue where the delivery driver arrived earlier than the crane. There was lots of hostilities in place but the crane staff went above and beyond making sure our product was not destroyed, ultimately placed in the appropriate place, and no damage occurred to either our property and/or our neighbors. read more

My grandpa's company has always used Roth Crane Service so I decided to give them a call when I needed my water tank moved on our ranch. They did a really good job. I figured it would be a hard job because of the location of the tank but they had no problems getting it done. They were super nice and the lady on the phone when I first called in was very helpful. Called and received a quote over the phone for a simple crane pick in Fresno. $137.50 per hour, 3 hour minimum. That totals $412.50. I received the CC invoice from Roth Crane and it is for $528.00. I called and was very rudely told by Danielle and Blake (the owner) that because it is a prevailing rate project they change an additional $35 per hour. This additional cost was never discussed when I received the quote even though I told them it was a prevailing rate project. In addition they threw on a $48 fuel surcharge, this was never discussed either when I received my quote. Beware, back door charges galore!!. I will never use this company again even if it costs me more money. Dishonest and deceptive. read more
