Dru initially informed me that there might not be enough time to complete everything since he already had other appointments scheduled. Dru completed the VIN verification and emissions test on my vehicle. He then mentioned that the next appointment was running late and offered to fit my car in for the title transfer and registration so I could receive my plates and tags without needing to return.
