There were actually 2 nails in my tires and he fixed it promptly and for a good price. Since moving to the area, I have been to 3 other places, this includes the local BMW dealership and BM Plus and now I think this place is JUST MEH. I needed a direct, honest and knowledgeable mechanics who believe in service. BM+ does have most of the above things. However, I thought I can count on always getting the knowledge with reasonable pricing for what was actually done. However, I learned that BM+ is really charging like a dealership, lying and this means it can include hours for things not actually being replaced. Yes, the rate is initially lower, but if you are charging me for time not actually needed to finish a job than, Customers lose confident because that's considered a mark up. It's bogus. Tells me there is a plastic cover hanging under my car that I know wasn't hanging there before I drove in I saw him underneath the car in the exact location where the cover was hanging he tells me you have a plastic cover hanging under your car that "came loose" right!!!
