Dru initially informed me that there might not be enough time to complete everything since he already had other appointments scheduled. I understood and was completely fine with that since I did not have an appointment. There were a few cars ahead of me, so I waited about 15-20 minutes before it was my turn. Dru completed the VIN verification and emissions test on my vehicle. He then mentioned that the next appointment was running late and offered to fit my car in for the title transfer and registration so I could receive my plates and tags without needing to return. I was very excited to hear that, as it saved me an additional trip to the DMV or AAA. Dru was professional, efficient, and extremely helpful throughout the entire process.
