They started doing work on it and never xalled to say this is what we found what we should do would you like us to start working on it? They told my dad (who dropped it off at 8 am) when he called around noon they were working on it. He asked for them to give him a call when it was done. No communication whatsoever. He drove by around 4 saw it was out of the garage and went in to inquire about his car. The kid was rude acted like my father was bothering him and said Go get your ride so you can get your car out of here. I understand sometimes communication isn't great, but the demeanor of this guy was uncalled for. I will never use them again even if I have to travel out of my way. At the very least the work done on the car is not the issue it runs better now.

They had the pads out of the calipers and caliper taken off. I told them that I would do my brakes myself and put it back together and just do the oil change . I did the brake job this weekend and I found that they massively over torqued the caliper slide pin bolts. One side was ok, on the driver side I need a 3ft cheater pipe to get the 14mm bolt off. Should never happen naturally with a car that's only 2 years old. Either negligence or spite are the reasons that this could happen. I would not trust bringing my cars there for service.

I ended up having a couple claims with my insurance, 1 for damage caused by debris on the highway that scratched my hood and broke my headlight. Another claim for hail damage. I let months go by before I went in for services because I was overwhelmed. I also had my windshield repaired by Safelite. The services I needed: New Tires, Oil Change, Trim on my window fixed (Safelite mistake) , Headlight replaced, Hood Painted & repaired Lee talked to my insurance for me, got all the paperwork squared away . He gave me multiple updates and got all this work done in a week and a half!! My car looks brand new. The paint matches perfectly and he even washed the exterior, my mats and wiped down the dash, steering wheel, seats, ect for corona safety. Couldn't be happier, & will be returning. I went to another dealership near my job (MA) to get an oil change, and they tried to scam me into new brakes right after I got them done at Granite Subaru. I was worried so I brought it here to have them ensure they were wrong. I've always had a great experience with them and I've been here at least 20 times! When looking for new cars, the salesmen were nice as well. Not overly pushy and was very transparent about the chip problem at the time, showing us their inventory, and recommending we come back in a few months when the issues are sorted (this was during the nationwide chip issue.) It was the last day of the month we wanted to put down $21k on a $34K Outback. They said it would be easier for them if we financed the whole thing and made a lump payment on the first month of the loan and our monthly payment would be less. We did them a favor and because of their unethical actions, I'm now stuck with a monthly payment more than I can afford. The manger on duty on Wednesday August 12th 2026 told me that all their employees know how car loans work and they never would've said that. Here's where their unethical actions come into play. They actually offered an additional $100 off to help cover the first month of extra finance until we paid the lump sum. Super Manager's only advice was "Hey, you can always refinance!". What a joke.
