Jackie brought us in after the test drive to see what was coming soon. We found an XLE and paid $ deposit to pre order it. It took about a month before it arrived, but Jackie was in communication with us the whole time with updates. She was very pleasant, knowledgeable, and great to work with.

I saw a used 2025 Jeep Rubicon X advertised for sale at an unusually low price. Very low mileage…read more As I was in the market for a replacement X I contacted a Sales Assistant who told me the vehicle had been well maintained and had no accidents. She sent me the Carfax which showed no maintenance in the past 1 year even though the odometer was just under 5,000 miles. At the least an oil change should have been done. The photos of the interior and exterior appeared to indicate the vehicles was in very good condition. However, I noticed the winch had been used and the winch rope was extended and tied off to the front hook. I also noticed the electronic winch cord was wrapped around the winch, a sloppy and unusual storage method for an electric winch controller. I suspected the winch had been used and wasn't fully retracted properly. Whether it was in good working was unknown. I reviewed the Carfax report and noticed unusual activity AFTER Toyota of Clovis purchased the vehicle including an "emissions system inspection" and a smog, which it passed. VERY unusual for a 1 year old vehicle with less than 5,000 miles. When I questioned the associate she said they check and service all used vehicles before being offered for sale. I questioned why they had NOT serviced the vehicle (oil change, etc) at 1 year but had instead smogged it and inspected the emissions. She had no answers. I suspected hidden undercarriage damage and requested photos. She agreed and provided them. I received 2 photos of the undercarriage with clearly visible scratches and a possibly bent support attachment for an armor plate. It was difficult to determine the precise damage from the 2 photos. I suspected the muffler, catalytic converter and possibly other portions of the exhaust system were damaged while the former owner was offroading. Clearly the Toyota dealer had done some repairs. I requested the repair work orders and parts receipts. I was told they would be sent. They never provided them. Several people from the dealership sent me emails and each time I confirmed I was awaiting the repair orders. Suddenly they ceased contacting me. Clearly they knew there was undercarriage damage which Toyota of Clovis had repaired. The damage was significant enough to require a smog test. However, they attempted to deceive me and YOU by citing a clear Carfax and going silent regarding the repairs. If this doesn't deter you from ever purchasing either a new or used vehicle you should have your head examined.

They even provided me with a free Uber ride home and back to the dealership, which made the whole process so much easier. My vehicle was completed fairly quickly, and I was very happy with the service and the pricing. Everyone was helpful and professional, and I really appreciate how they took care of me from start to finish. Great service, great prices, and definitely a service department I'll continue to use! The sales department is still horrible.

Last December, my sunroof on my 2023 Nissan Pathfinder started leaking water when it rained. I took my car in at the end of December 2025, it was diagnosed. I was advised they know what the issue is and the part is on back order. We are now in September and no part has been received. I have a three year-old car that I cannot drive in the rain because the sunroof leaks and unfortunately, it leaks right over my Emergency button and my lights are located at the top of the car. After my initial visit, I've called four times over the past eight months trying to get status on the part or assistance with my sunroof, I've been told four times that my service advisor will call me back and he never does. At this point, I'm just really frustrated because I love my car but what good does it do to have a car that you have to plan all of your trips around because you know you can't drive it in the rain.

I am extremely disappointed with the service department at Future Kia of Clovis. This is now the…read moresecond time my wife has taken her white Kia there for service, and both times she has been left waiting for approximately six hours after being told the appointment would take around two hours. This most recent appointment was made nearly a month in advance because the small black box behind the rearview mirror had come unglued. She arrived at about 7:30 in the morning and did not leave until around 2:00 in the afternoon. For most of that time, she was simply told they were trying to locate the part. No loaner vehicle was offered. No alternative transportation was offered. Had someone told her early on that they did not have the part and could not complete the repair that day, she could have called me, gone home, gone to work, or made other arrangements instead of sitting there all day. She also told them that the vehicle occasionally hesitates or takes a split second longer to shift or accelerate around 20-30 mph. It does not happen all the time, which she explained. After hours of waiting, they finally told her they could not find anything wrong and suggested that maybe she could drive the vehicle with one of their employees. Why was that not suggested earlier? If they could not duplicate the problem, they could have asked her to drive with a technician hours earlier rather than waiting until she had already spent most of the day there. In the end, virtually nothing was accomplished. The original repair was not completed because they did not have the part. The transmission concern was not resolved. She was told she would need to come back again. And after approximately six and a half hours, she was not even given paperwork documenting the visit, the concerns she reported, or what still needed to be done. That is unacceptable customer service. What makes this even worse is that this is not the first time. On her previous visit, she was told the service would take approximately two to two and a half hours, and she again ended up waiting around six hours. Once can be a bad day. Twice starts to look like a pattern. I understand that automotive service can be unpredictable. Repairs take longer than expected. Parts may not be available. Technicians get backed up. But communication is basic customer service. If a two-hour appointment is going to become a six-hour appointment, tell the customer. If you do not have the part, tell the customer. Do not leave someone sitting in a waiting room all day with vague updates and then send them home without completing the repair. People's time matters, and my wife's time matters. She should not have to bring her husband with her just to make sure her concerns are taken seriously and her time is respected. We have used Kia in Selma before, and the experience there was completely different. Their service department communicated with us, treated us like our business mattered, and respected our time. At this point, I would rather drive the extra distance to Selma than use Future Kia of Clovis again. Experiences like this also affect whether we would ever purchase another Kia. A dealership's service department is a major part of the ownership experience, and repeated poor service drives customers away. Based on our experience, I would not recommend the Future Kia of Clovis service department. If you are in the area, I would personally recommend making the extra drive to Selma instead.
