Have been buying supplies from this company for a number of years. Bought some special order doors and even gave them a picture of what I needed in regards to measurements to 3 different people. Sales person (btw sales person came out and measured doors himself) Kirk Smith, Young lady that writes up the orders, and the General Manager Artie Clark. We took delivery of doors at site they were needed and we've got multiple sites. It wasn't until we were installing doors that we found that doors were the wrong size. Put the doors on the back of my truck and took them in to either get resized or return them. In going to the store General Manager told me that they wouldn't resize doors nor would they return doors. Cost of doors were $2418 total so this wasn't a couple hundred dollars where you save them and use them for another job. I've employed attorney and will keep you posted.

The last time I bought a kitchen faucet was 10 years ago, at least. It was STICKER SHOCK time! Yes, I know I could probably get a cheaper faucet at one of the Big Box stores. However, I have read and the contractors installing this stuff swear that the quality of fixtures at the BB stores is not as good. So I suck it up because I want value and I don't want to replace fixtures often. Nevertheless, i am still shocked by some of the faucet prices. I didn't think $1K+ kitchen faucets were sold locally, for example. I rethink this and decide to set a budget $300-$400, after looking at all the wonderful choices. My new faucet cost $356 with tax, curious YELPERs. There are well known common brands and some very upscale/high price not so well know brands. Most items are not stocked and have to be ordered, I am told. OK. I am in no rush. Dora, my sales person, checks the inventory and it's in stock. That's the way life works. If I needed it that day, no way would that faucet be in stock. I pay and wait briefly for Dora to fetch my new kitchen faucet. Every time I've been here the sales persons are helpful, knowledgeable and patient. If your contractor is local and doesn't have a Ferguson account I would wonder why not. One of my former contractors had me go to Ferguson to make my selections then he got them using his contractor discount. Stop in and get some of the decorator catalogues if you have a home improvement project beginning to formulate in you mind. There are so many new fangled stuff on the market. I will upload a photo of my new faucet after it's installed. I took a few store snaps but it looks like the store did a good job uploading those so I will trash all except my Wolf photo. Who knew Ferguson sold Wolf products, I think.

They will also refill most tanks on-site while you wait. Brian is extremely knowledgeable, and is willing to take the time to answer your questions thoughtfully, and with the real world experience of a hands on expert. They stock just about every imaginable variety of welding and associated electrical supplies, and if they don't have it, they will find it and order it for you. I weld in multiple processes, MIG, TIG, flux core and ARC. This business has never once let me down for any part or service covering all of the above including electrical. 10/10. Highly recommend.

We went around to wait for help and while we were sitting there, got out and hollered and still waited at least 5 mins. Then I walked back around to the front to get help and was told they were out back in the shed. Went back out there and there was a man assisting my husband. We had backed up to the ramp where we always went to get our tank replaced and had it set up to where it would be easy for them. The young person who came out said they've never swapped tanks, which they ALWAYS have since we first went there. (Problem number one). So while they took the tank to fill it, 3 other trucks pulled up, blocking us in. After a few more minutes I walked around back and the last person who got there was leaving with his tanks full while we were still waiting. I asked, "Hey what's going on? That guy was here last and we've been waiting." To which I was told "You don't have to come around here with guns ablazing"! (I guess asking a question is deemed "guns ablazing" and YES I was irritated, I will not deny that!) I said to him that we had to go and find him because there was no one back here and he said, "Well I'm so sorry"!" very sarcastically. He got the tank filled and then proceeded to THROW it into the truck. As we were leaving I looked back and he was standing with his hand on his hip and yelled "HAVE A NICE DAY!" in a very sarcastic voice to which I responded you too. We left and stopped at another place where I told this person what had just happened. They advd that I call them before I leave a review on Facebook and on here so on my way home I did. I spoke to the owner and when I told him what happened he said, "That's my son". I replied that he needed to learn some customer svc skills and then he said that his son told him I used the F word. I DID NOT USE ANY CURSE WORDS. What I typed above is EXACTLY what I said. When I told him his son needed some customer service training, that he had lost a customer he yelled at me that "If you ever come back here again, I will have you arrested"! FOR WHAT?? ASKING A QUESTION? BEING A PAYING CUSTOMER?? BEWARE OF THESE PEOPLE. Just another business in the GOOD OLD ST MARYS COUNTY GOOD OLD BOYS CLUB. We don't need them and will never go back there for anything ever again.
