He was also able to identify something wrong with my sway-bar bushings and resolved the issues I didn't even know I had! Ruined the brakes on one car (dealer had to replace the rotors because incompetent mechanic ruined them) Loud thunk whenever braking and squeeling noise. We took our car to Carroll's for tires after having the a/c repaired at a different repair shop. While driving there the engine was making a horrible clunking sound. My husband told Carroll's about the noise and feared we'd have to take it back to the other shop. Carroll's offered to look at it and found the previous garage had left the motor mount extremely lose. They tightened them for us free of charge. The customer service is top notch and they have always been fair and honest. We've had repairs and tires done at this Wible road location many times since then and we've always been very pleased. read more

I took my car to Carroll's for an oil change and tire rotation. The oil change was completed (or at least I assume it was) but the tire rotation wasn't. When I inquired about what I believed was an oversight, I was told that the the tires had been rotated even though I have photographic evidence to the contrary. I've been a satisfied Carroll's customer for more than 20 years, but this experience with the new staff at this location has me reevaluating my patronage. read more

So I guess the tire servicing business is now a game of fraud. My car was making sounds that sounded quite odd. So I take it for an inspection down at Carroll's Tire. My front tire is squeaking, I had to inquire. You need new struts, that will be $900. When I heard that I almost threw a fit and hollered. That doesn't sound right I need a second conception. It's sounds and smells like a little deception. So I go to Pep Boys with nothing but hope. After another inspection, "Is something wrong with my car?" The answer is "Nope." If you want to scam the public, I suggest you should be more subliminal. Carroll's Tire is nothing but a collection of criminals. I used to trust this company but that's come to an end. I will never refer, or spend money here again. read more

Alfredo, the guy at the front counter provided good customer service, but the technician who performed a simple oil change failed to mention that my check engine light would come on only a few miles after my visit.
