This place is straight trash and Francisco the manager is pure garbage . Didn't wanna honor a Warranty on tires less then a moth old. Played a punk and tried to blame me for there shit ness in product. Then tried to wanna charge me for a new tire. And when I tried to defend myself straight acted hella unprofessional . Good deals aren't always a good thing. You get what you pay for I guess. read more

I ran my tire into a curb and found that my tire was an unusual size. They sent someone to pick up the tire and got me back on my trip quickly. read more

They are the best place to get tires they worked with us to give us the lowest price and at times even the lowest price in town with all our repairs and tires great service for all of our vehicles fantastic. Attitude and Service. We would recommend Carroll's Tire Warehouse to all our family and friends read more

Excellent customer service without the upsell! I purchase 3 tires and the tires were mounted and balanced in about 45 mins on a Sat. Not once did they suggest other services, kudos to the professional staff. read more

Not a fan of this place. Went to get my tires balanced and they were very friendly at first, price was right. Then I drive off and im still getting vibrations, not a big deal. I go back and ask them what the deal is and they act like they're done with me, like I'm bothering them after the job was done. Big turn off. Then I asked them to please not tighten my lugs so tightly because I may have to change a flat in the future, and you guessed it, drivers front tire is welded on a few weeks later. I had to go back and ask them to loosen it, and once again they gave the impression that I was bothering them for doing their job. Not going back. read more

They have us very fair prices for my husband's tires. We were very satisfied costumers

I came here today for an oil change. The coupon I had was a misprint, but it was still honored. Very quick and friendly service!

Great honest service from Fransico. I have been coming here for over 10 years and would never go anywhere else.

I get all of my tires here! Francisco is very knowledgeable and the employees treat me like family. I recommend Carrolls brundage to all of my friends and family read more

I took my car in to have new tires put on a few months back. The customer service was great from the phone call to make the appointment to when I got in my car and left. I went to the one on Rosedale a few years ago and was equally as pleased. The price for all 4 tires was a great deal. The staff was knowledgeable, friendly and accommodating. They did an alignment as well. It felt like my car got a brand new pair of shoes! read more

Easy and inexpensive. I had an oil change here. They were quick and friendly and did a great job. They also didn't "find" a whole bunch of other things that needed to be fixed. I appreciated their honesty and will definitely be back. read more

What a great experience! I dropped in to Carroll's Tire Warehouse to see if I could get an estimate for front/rear brakes. Let me just say that exceptional customer service lives! Francisco was very pleasant, helpful in answering all of my questions, and conscientious in obtaining every discount available to me. The price was very reasonable, and I was able to sit in their waiting area and watch a movie while the job was completed. I highly recommend and will definitely be a returning customer! (I will add that I had just come from another auto shop in which the staff was very unhelpful, and I felt like I was a bother to them.) read more

Had to have my car towed here today due to a flat tire. We got in, Fransisco assisted us and 15 minutes later we were on the road again. Made a stressful situation a little less stressful since we were able to get on the road for our vacation so quickly. Would definitely come here again if we ever happen to be in Bakersfield and need car help again. read more

I highly recommend this business to anyone looking for fast, friendly, high-quality service. I came to them in a bind and the service that I received was beyond what I expected and beyond that of so many businesses these days. They really CARED and were kind. Quite often customer service is underwhelming, but here, the customer service was off the chart - fantastic. Francisco, the manager, was incredibly helpful, pro-active, efficient and very knowledgable. All of the staff members that I met were friendly and professional as well. I left a very happy and satisfied customer. Thank you Francisco and staff for helping me out of my bind and getting me on my way. read more

These guys were THE most helpful i could ever imagine. We blew out a tire and sat on the road for 4 hours until they opened. The second we walked in they lightened the mood and took our remains of a tire. They finished in about 5 minutes which was very unexpected. One of the men then asked where we were stranded and drove us down the freeway to our car and ever put the tire on for us. Without a doubt best experience ive had at a tire shop. read more

Worst customer service experience in my life. Spent $900 on a 4-tire change and they busted my safety lug-nut key lock. While I realize those do brake, these horrific excuses for human beings did NOTHING about it. THEY FORCED ON ONE LUG NUT instead of speaking with me about it first, They said there is nothing they can do about it. I asked to just put on a regular lug nut instead and he said straight to my face "that is against the law." The rim and wheel shake bad every time we press on the brake. As I was telling him I am not satisfied that they are not helping at all with this problem, he basically shoved me aside to help the pretty girl behind us. We have had work done there previously 2 times while we were living in Bakersfield; which is why we drove all the way down there from Lake Isabella to have them do it...... NEVER AGAIN! Worst customer service experience in my life. Horrific workmanship and arrogant non-helpful attendant. How is this place even still in business? read more
