These folks made me trust dentists again! I can't say enough good things. I had to had some…read moresignificant work done and they were so kind and reassuring. I was referred to an oral surgeon they work with regularly and Dr. Keith showed up to my surgery... because he knew I was nervous! Are you kidding me?! The office staff are just as great! If you're nervous or have had a bad experience, these are your people!

As most of you know, I recently moved here from the desolate, fiery sunshine from hell city of El…read morePaso, TX all the way back to my home state of NH. Clearly, I needed to find another dental clinic to continue work on my nasty pie-hole (I'm kidding, guys. My mouth's not that gross). Anyways, I happen by this place via Yelp search, naturally. And let me say...they did not disappoint. This clinic is a smaller one, which I like. Of the two times I've been here so far, it really hasn't been all that packed. While there may be some adjustments needed for their booking procedures (Seriously, I had to get rescheduled 4 times before locking in a solid time. What even IS that?!), they are very quick to check you in once you're locked in for a time. The office is very clean and COVID compliant. For the time being, you still need a mask to enter the building. The reception desk has its plastic shields in place, hand sanitizer, and so forth. But now...the real question that's probably on your mind. How gentle or rough are the dental hygienists? Take this with a grain of salt, as I am a patient whom requires more frequent cleanings as opposed to someone who does NOT have periodontal issues. The cleaning was (much to my surprise) completely painless. Yeah! It probably has to do with the fact that this was just periodontal maintenance rather than a deep cleaning, which I assumed was going to be the case. What that consists of is basically just them taking off the hard stuff more frequently than usual. A "normal" patient only needs a cleaning about every 6 months or so. I go twice as often. So, considering how painless this was, I don't think I'll mind the new schedule as much as I otherwise assumed. Pricing is fair enough. But as I tell everyone, check with the office to verify if they accept your insurance policy first. They're easy to find, located just off of the turnpike. Oh, forgot to mention...I met the head dentist of which this place is rightfully named after. The guy seems pretty chill and very knowledgeable in his craft, but definitely not in a pompous sort of way. That's always a plus for me; when dentists and their hygienists are non-judgmental towards their patients. With all that said, I think we got a keeper here, fellas! Levesque Family Dentist gets 5 sparkling pearly white pain free choppers out of 5.

On a Friday she was complaining of dental pain, my daughter called the office and unfortunately she had to leave a message because Friday the office closes at noon. Dr Ebeed called back and drove an hour back to dental office to see her. In the middle of a COVID pandemic and after his week was over he still made time to treat a patient I don't think that you can get more compassionate than this. I am impressed

Even for those places I have had 1-2 bad experiences, I call and give feedback and offer them the chance to make it right. I have defended many businesses on here when people bash them for one bad experience. I would like to warn people however that New Look Dental are not an ethical or reasonable place to do business with. 4 years ago, I started a new job and cancelled myself and my 2 daughters cleaning appointents ONE WEEK ahead of time. They charged me $25 per person plus late fees to the total of $100. I called many times to try and resolve this with them, pointing out the date I called to cancel, the reason and asked them to please stop sending me bills. Instead they chose to send me to collections and impact my credit. As a single, very hard working mom and homeowner trying to re-mortgage my home and get a better rate, it is infuriating. I called them again today, very polite and calmy explaining the situation again and asked them to remove my acocunt from collections to which I was told no because I had not responded to them and previously cancelled appointments. I explained those appointments were when we were sick, once in a car accident and I always called timely and rescheduled. I wonder how many of you have had to reschedule a cleaning and ended up with a negative credit score? I am disgusted that a business would rather lose a customer (actually a family of three) then to listen to a reasonable explanation and keep the business and referral. I hope that Dr. Rabeh H Ebeed, D.D.S is aware that his unreasonable staff is hurting his brand and that people will look elsewhere for their dental needs. I have personally moved over to Mondavi Dental where the staff is flexible, polite and haven't had any issue rescheduling me, as needed when life happens!
