I got another bill in the mail called and spoke with the office manager, who refused to give me her name, stated that the insurance is wrong and we owe the bill - I tried to explain that they were wrong, she stated o well, you will be sent to collections your owe it . Instead of issuing a refund of the difference, she charged me again $570 and told me that she will issue the refund once the $958 charge actually came through because she can't issue a refund immediately. After numerous calls since April, she still has not issue the refund with a bunch of excuses and lies. At one point, she left me a voicemail on Monday stating "I forgot to give you a call back regarding I don't know what you wanna talk to me about you should've gotten that money back. They just sent me an email and that they refunded you back that money." But I never see the funds back in my account and by Thursday that same week, she said "oh, they can't issue the refund until your son claim is cleared. So why telling me that refund has been issued if it was never issued. And today, after weekly call that I have to call and follow up because she kept saying she will call but never did, she said "I don't want to deal with you anymore, the corporate office is dealing with it because you were unprofessional ". She took no accountability of her mistake, very good at lying and now handing over to someone else while still holding my $958.-. Just be careful when processing your payment with Arijeta because she clearly has no clue what she is doing. Its too bad because the doctors and hygienists are nice.

Dr. Joe has always been friendly, thorough, and has fully explained any issues that may came up regarding treatment for myself, and my children. I find the office to always be very clean, and staff helpful in answering any questions regarding wisdom teeth, x-rays, billing, etc. I always feel like I've had a great cleaning when I leave. Dr Kiehl, Patti, Jenn, and the rest of the staff are great. As for comments about "upselling" features, the only thing that was ever offered to me over the years was the electric toothbrush. Actually, if you look around the web, you'll see that those electric toothbrushes actually make a difference (perhaps by making you brush longer as well). I never felt pressured into anything at all. My new dentist in Kentucky also asked if I was using an electric toothbrush. It is an industry-wide push for better dental care.

I had already had a similar tooth issue and went to my former dentist when I lived in Westford, MA where the dentist made me cry. Dr. Keshian at Nashua Family Dental explained everything as he went.
