Over the past couple months, I have called dozens of times using both of their numbers (A-1 Awning Discounters and Sparkee Awnings) and sent dozens of e-mails with pictures and they won't answer the phone or my e-mails. I have given them ample warnings by e-mail and voicemail that I would report them online and on BBB and they still won't return my call or e-mail. I just want them to fix or discuss the installation and provide guidance. There is no communication at all.

Further action will be taking due to this alteration that was not approved to be done on my awning that this company decided to do on their own.
