I have several issues with the installation. 1) The awning is sloped from left to right. 2) There is a screw installed at an angle into the wall that appears to be coming out and I worry water is getting behind and into house wall. 3) The aluminum is bent. Over the past couple months, I have called dozens of times using both of their numbers (A-1 Awning Discounters and Sparkee Awnings) and sent dozens of e-mails with pictures and they won't answer the phone or my e-mails. I have given them ample warnings by e-mail and voicemail that I would report them online and on BBB and they still won't return my call or e-mail. My neighbor and I had awnings installed by this company. My neighbor call to her alterations made on her awning however the company made alterations on both awnings without my approval. Not only do it look tacky but no one is concerned about correcting the mistake. Further action will be taking due to this alteration that was not approved to be done on my awning that this company decided to do on their own. I do not recommend this company to do anything they are overpriced and the work is shabby. read more

I just had my awning completed, literally 10 minutes ago, and it looks Amazing!! The crew (about 5-7 gentlemen) were very professional and kind, they were so time efficient, and it only took them a little over an hour, I would definitely recommend this company if your looking for an awning! Please be patient, due to COVID, they are very busy and it will require for you to have patience. My promise date was 14 to 15 weeks from 8/13/2020, because they were so backed up from the businesses closing down due to COVID and the Governor's executive order, but once they were able to open back up, they were exactly on time as promised. So please exercise patience!! The young lady who answered the phone was very rude and said they could not hep us and that unless I had measurements and knew the fabric I needed I could not be given a quote. I have never heard of a contractor who doesn't quote's. Since we have had 4 other companies come out and give us a quote. Don't waste your time very rude. read more
