Please consider another company before going to this one! The owner of David is horrible. He's…read morerarely in Baltimore and a relies on another company to sell his product and also install. The other company is experience, but does not explain exactly what they are ordering for you or I wouldn't have had the issue I had with the blinds/shutters. I have in my house. I started this project in March 2025 did not get any installation for over four months and was given all types of excuses from the owner David. He then discounted me some money off of My order because of how long it was taking used every excuse as a delay by the vendor delay by the VP of the vendor, etc.. The shutters that were installed were made to supposedly tilt both ways and is why they don't close completely, which I was never asked that question my other shutters in the rest of my house are not made that way and closed and block out lots of light. They also have framing from the top and the bottom that hide 11 inches of light coming into my house instead of just putting another slat in the shutter and making the top and the bottom only 3 to 3 1/2 inches. David then stated after I refuse to pay any more money because he said I didn't have to until they were fixed. He took over six weeks and still never communicated to me until I wrote a review and then that's when he again spoke up. Again, giving me excuses that he was waiting for the item to come in. This gentleman should not own a business because he gives most of his money away to fix the problems that he calls because he has lack of communication and doesn't properly order the product or higher the right subcontractors to help him out. This is definitely a buyer beware situation.

Not only was she very professional, but extremely knowledgeable and went above and beyond the call of duty to make sure I ordered exactly what I needed for the aesthetic I was looking for. I will be relying on Beltway for all of my window treatment needs going forward and share my experience with my new neighbors as well! Had received an estimate from a competing popular chain for the same treatments, but they would have charged almost 2x as much. So glad I met Sade!

If I could leave zero stars, I would. The customer service was honestly 0/10 and the product was…read moremediocre at best. You're genuinely better off ordering from 1-800 Blinds To Go and paying someone separately to install them. We were initially quoted $18k for 26 windows, then they "price matched" another quote down to $15.5k -- only for 21 out of 26 windows to be measured incorrectly and need to be reordered. The most frustrating part is the complete lack of accountability afterward. The company acts like the issue is out of their hands instead of taking ownership for their mistakes. James, specifically, made multiple promises that were never kept. He measured the windows himself and said we didn't need another appointment for a remeasure; we were told for the loan it would be 12 months interest-free, just for the partner bank to switch the interest rate in the contract, and of course "that is out of their hands." After the $8k down payment was received, their "family-oriented" customer care completely disappeared. On top of that, we were offered $1,000 off as a resolution... which honestly felt insulting considering the scale of the mistake and the inconvenience caused during our move into a new home. For the amount of money spent, I've genuinely received better customer service and problem resolution at a Chick-fil-A. Overall, this was an incredibly disappointing and stressful experience during what should have been an exciting time moving into our new house.
