(I've consulted to many businesses, including a dental office, so I know a well-run operation when I see one.) The hygienists, dentists, and surgeons are world-class. Thoroughly competent, courteous, and safe. I experienced dental trauma at the hands of an orthodontist as a teen, so ever since I've been a squeamish customer, but every visit to WND has been pain-free. They don't accept my specific dental insurance plan, but I've been seeing them for 15 years ANYWAY--even for extractions and implants. The admin assistants are great too. And I can always find free curbside parking. (I'm looking for something negative to say, so this doesn't sound like a setup, but honestly I can't think of anything!)

Offices always close early on Christmas Eve so I thought there be no chance, but I was desperate. To my surprise she came back and said, "How soon can you get here?" OMG, right away!! I couldn't believe it!! Dr. Fessler is a Saint for seeing me and relieving my pain so I could enjoy Christmas!! Not only did he see me when most offices would have said no, but he alleviated my pain. Never in my life was I more grateful. Such an incredibly kind and empathetic person. Later that week, Dr. Huh who is as equally kind, gently removed the tooth. He is the kind of dentist who explains the entire process from beginning to end which makes a potentially scary procedure pain free and anxiety free!! Rami is also a very kind a patient person at check out who will take his time to go over any of the procedures and answer question if/when you have a billing question. I highly recommend this office. From the receptionist/ scheduler Karen, to the hygienist Alex, and of course the dentist, Dr. Chiou. Every point of contact I made has blow me away with their friendliness, professionalism and knowledge. We moved to Newton right before the pandemic and we have been looking for a dental practice for our family to call home. I came here after having not the best experience in another practice (which took all the courage in me to get to), I thought I'd give this highly rated practice a shot and get a second opinion. I am so glad I did. Dr. Chiou picked up the phone and spoke to me PRIOR to my appointment and gave me an overview of what dental work might be needed after looking at my X-rays. After learning about my absolute fear of Novocain, he reassured me that everything was going to be ok. The hygienist Alex was actually the one who gave me the Novocain, and performed my deep cleaning and she is amazing- skilled, patient and gentle. However, Medfield Dental wouldn't give me an appointment for a crown. They wanted me to make an appointment for an evaluation of my teeth first, and after the evaluation, they would give me a crown appointment. But wouldn't tell me when they would do the crown (s). I contacted Foxboro Dental and they immediately gave me 2 crown appointments (2 & 3 weeks out) without any need for other prior work and charges. I highly recommend Foxboro Dental in Foxboro, MA.

At 70 years old I began going to FANIKOS, she examined my teeth, took a mouth of X-rays even cleaned teeth and did 6 filling at one appointment. After a visit last year she said I needed to see another dentist ( specialist) to deal with under crown cavities, I signed a release to send them my X-rays and booked my next cleaning at her, FANIKOS office. 6 months go by I get reminders about my upcoming cleaning and then was told I had been released from FANIKOS to the specialist...yup thrown out of a dentist practice because she did not want to deal with any of my dental work. Never have i had a doctor refuse to see me....I would think doctors are obligated by oath never to refuse anybody, Well at 73 years old I was thrown out because she did not want to deal with my mouth anymore. She suggests a specialist you better see him/her because once you sign the release form to send them X-rays, you will be out on the street like me. GOOIOOOOD NEWS. I am in Florida. I went to another dentist in FLL. THE DENTIST saw me and I explained what front teeth I needed repair. She did not hesitate treating me like an old patient. Repaired 3 and I'm going back for more repairs.....and a cleaning, this is how a dentist, a doctor or any professional should be. To bad I had to go 1500 miles to find A DENTIST WITH A HEART.......and my front teeth are looking amazing. Once back in Massachusetts I will be going back to my old dentist I had for many many many years...he will always take me back. But this past weekend, they went from great to amazing! The night before a huge event, a veneer I had for 20 years suddenly came off. I called the emergency line. Even though it was only cosmetic, Dr. Salib called me right back and told me to come it. It was nighttime!
