Received a call shortly thereafter from young man trained in salesmanship, not in listening skils. I described in more detail my situation, questioning whether I was a good candidate. He encouraged me to come for consultation, pay the deposit, offered a 10% voucher. Upon my arrival, front desk staff and release forms disclosed what Nuvia does and does not do. Result: My Zirconia implants, need for perm. prosthodontics, and desire to care long-term for remaining natural teeth, disquaified me. This could have been estalished during the initial ph call, or virtual call (Nuvia advertises on webside videos) before I embarked on the 3 day rd. trip from W Masachusetts to Wellesley with public transportation. I incurred $ 100 travel expenses alone. ~~ Nuvia is a Dental Drive Through. To those who seek full arch tooth replacement, not differentiated oral care, Nuvia may be THE answer to years of mental and physical anguish. Do not expect Biological Dentistry advise or treatment. Nuvia seems to use Titanium, not Zirconia posts like I have. Online testimonials by happy new Patient, and "take the Quiz" are hooks to attract prospective clients. Longterm results of Nuvia's proceedure are either unknown or not publizised. Naturally, they vary over time, as every human is unique. Nuvia practices "removal and replacement of all natural teeth" with Zirconia teeth. Their culture focuses on goals of the DEO, Dental Entrepreneurship Organization. It fills a niche market and emerges as model for future Provider-assisted dental care. In the final analysis, each person must diligently self-educate and pay utmost attention to dental and jaw bone health beyond the extractive procedures Nuvia provides.

Dr. Ali, Dr. Beheshti, and the hygienist team are professional, attentive, and skilled. Although the clinical care was excellent, a long billing dispute began in July 2024 when my insurer identified a processing error that billed my services as out-of-network rather than in-network. For seven months, Wellesley Dental repeatedly reported they were waiting for insurance paperwork to process my refund. My insurer sent seven letters and one fax to Wellesley Dental; I made six calls, sent seven emails, mailed a detailed four page letter, and participated in one three way call to resolve the issue. Despite our efforts, my refund was never processed. In February 2025, I escalated the matter to the state attorney general and local media. NBC 10 decided to investigate my dispute and contacted 42 North Dental (the parent company), and a refund check for $373.50 was issued on 2/27/2025. A few days after receiving the refund, a call with the regional manager provided a full apology and an explanation: mailed insurance correspondence went to an unstaffed payments PO box; staff failed to take ownership; and operational challenges across multiple locations caused systemic failures. The regional manager said the case was escalated and would be used for staff training. The story aired on NBC 10 Boston on March 19, 2025; search "NBC 10 Charged out-of-network rates for an in-network provider." Although I received my refund, this was a stressful and avoidable ordeal.

Very friendly and gentle care. Very family feel from the whole team. They dealt with an issue I was having in a well-thought approach that worked great for me. They took care of our youngest who has nerves about the dentist with incredible care and new approaches to make him feel at ease through his first time with a small cavity. He didn't even he was having a "procedure". Front desk team is so accommodating and friendly. They helped me figure out my new insurance with no pressure to pay before I sorted it out. Just an incredible experience. Oh, and appts are always pretty smooth and efficient! So glad I found them. I feel like we are in great hands.

He is on a whole other level. I am grateful that he is passing his high level of skill along to dental students in his capacity as Professor at Harvard School of Dental Medicine. Dr Wetreich's expertise and artistry are unmatched. He listens and takes great care to deliver upon a patient's expectations. The entire staff of his office, and the other practitioners to whom I was referred by him, are highly professional, talented, and kind people. I had quite a bit of work done, both to fix failing work done by other dentists and underlying problems that developed because of that. I am so pleased with the results of the project that, not only do I feel confident enough to smile again but I just bought red lipstick for the first time in 20 years!

I regret following his advice to remove a crowned, root-canal-treated wisdom tooth that two prior dentists had advised me to keep, as well as agreeing to a bite adjustment in January 2025. Afterward, I developed tooth sensitivity, lingering toothaches, and what I perceived as changes in my lower face and lips -- including sagging, a sunken appearance, and an aged look. From my perspective, these issues only began after the bite adjustment, and the treatment options I've been offered have been complex, costly, and not reassuring. I deeply regret these decisions and strongly urge others to seek multiple opinions before agreeing to any similar treatments. This review is based solely on my personal experience and perspective as a patient.
