An implant he placed in 2023 looked fine at first, but later scans from two other dentists showed it had been positioned crookedly and too close to another tooth. When I brought this up, he dismissed their findings and reassured me that everything was fine. I wanted to believe him -- but the problems continued. During later visits, additional extractions and implants were placed, and again, the alignment was off. One implant was so close to another tooth that it made future dental work complicated. I've asked for a partial refund, but was told that since the work "functioned," even if it wasn't "textbook ideal," no refund would be given. After two months without any follow-up or accountability, I felt defeated and frustrated. I'm sharing this not out of anger, but in hopes of helping others avoid the same situation. If you're considering major dental work, please advocate for yourself. Ask for clear scans, second opinions, and full explanations before moving forward. I wish I had done so sooner.
