Fast forward two months and just out of the blue, my wisdom tooth went from a dormant zero pain to an unbearable perfect 10 on the pain meter. Called their office and talked to Rosalind who was very understanding and compassionate about the pain situation and managed to fit me in that SAME day I called not just for consultation but for the surgery as well. Dr Rich explained the process and recovery management to me, and then that was it! He did the extraction and just like that, the problem was solved! The office has advanced tools, very clean and spacious. Dr is nice and did solid work. The front desk and process is killing the ratings. No paying up front, and no requiring collecting checks twice.
