The lobby/waiting area was very comfortable and clean. I was actually able to wait for my service on site with my daughter. They offer a huge variety of services and they're in a good location. I highly recommend BWI Motorsports for tint, wraps, protection films, and other auto customizations.

    Avoid this business at all costs !! I took my brand new 2025 Lucid to them and had a horrible…read moreservice experience. Initially I was quoted 2 days for the work to be completed. It turned out to be a full 9 days before I received the vehicle back. Upon inspection, I noted a few areas that appeared to be flawed with bubbles/ lines, etc. I was assured that this was a normal part of the curing process, and to allow a week or two for the film to adjust. About two days later, I noticed that the film was completely lifting off of the trunk of my vehicle. I was told that the tech didn't cut the piece long enough. I gave them back the vehicle for a second application of the PPF to the trunk area. They took another 4 days to have the film reapplied. Again, I received the vehicle back with imperfections that I was assured would adjust in the curing phase. On my follow up appointment, after the curing phase, an area on my trunk had not adjusted as I was advised it would and required yet another (3rd) application of the PPF. I took the vehicle back a third time, at which point they were also to apply the windshield protection film to the vehicle. I was promised a day, it took an additional two. On the day I was supposed to receive the vehicle back, I received a call advising me that during the 3rd application to the trunk they had lifted the paint off of my vehicle (they are not a body shop). Therefore the vehicle had to be towed to a body shop for painting. That took about 5-6 weeks. Once I received the vehicle from the body shop I was able to fully inspect the windshield film that was applied to the vehicle. Upon inspection I noticed the very same imperfections (bubbles, lines,etc) on the windshield. Some of these are in the actual field of vision for the driver and obscure the view. So now, this is another thing I will have to have redone. Overall, it just seems like really sloppy work. They claim to have 20+ years experience in the business, but I did not receive a level of service that reflected that at all. Don't believe me? Check out Google reviews. Staff - Staff is prompt and friendly. I definitely appreciated Monica, she's super friendly, professional, and easygoing. Service - They actually finished my car earlier than expected and did an amazing job. I actually returned my rental the same day because they were done early (FYI I do NOT recommend the Enterprise down the street). The work Diamond Auto Body did for my car looks superb and they even clean and vacuum your car before they return it to you. Covid Measures - The only reason I rate it 4.5/5 because they seem just a little lax on their covid policy. Everyone I spoke to including the inspection person all wore masks, but some folks around the office didn't wear a mask or didn't wear their masks properly. I didn't see temperature checks or sanitizing between customers, but that may be related to staff only and customer car repairs. Also, social distancing was a bit hard with the small space in the office. However, I'll repeat, whomever we dealt with and spoke to always wore masks around us. There is no coincidence that my AC & high beams stopped working after leaving Diamond Body as they were perfectly fine before I came, I never had any issues with my car until I left it in the care of Diamond Autobody. They will not even take accountability for the issue they caused directing me to go elsewhere instead of offering to fix the problems. Obviously somebody here is incompetent & caused wiring issues with my car but they don't want to be held liable, insisting that this issue came from the accident although I was driving the car for 2 weeks after my accident & it didn't have issues. WORST SERVICE!

I had a small budget for something temporary so I purchased a Pioneer unit on Amazon. Afterwards, I contacted Hot Tint in May 2022. They responded to me that day and told me to stop by the shop. I made an appointment for later that week. When I arrived, I asked them to install the unit and a backup camera. I can't recall how much time it took but it was done in a reasonable amount of time and I'm happy with their service. I called a few other shops around this time. A couple had other projects and couldn't get to me for a few months. A couple of others didn't want to touch the van because of its age, manufactured in 1989. Hot Tint was straight-forward. They said let them see what I have and they'll let me know if they could use what I had or needed something else. I appreciate that approach. I did have a couple of problems but they were responsive. While driving home, my radio rebooted twice. The cable came loose so they told me to return to the shop so that they could fix it. The second is my clock resets to 12:00 every time the vehicle is restarted. They told me to bring it by so that they can fix it but I haven't. I'm rarely on the screen to see the time and just had other priorities. I mention these items to show that they were responsive and willing to troubleshoot the problem. I rate them high also because there are many mechanics and technicians who can work on a classic vehicle but refuse to do so. There are a handful like Hot Tint that jumps right in and do the job. I'm finally ready to add an amp and subwoofer so I will be contacting them again soon.

I was happy to schedule tinting and a remote start installation. Unfortunately, my experience walking through the door this time was immediately negative. I understand I was 39 minutes late, but the front desk representative repeatedly emphasized how important their time was, without considering other factors like traffic. The constant badgering made the situation uncomfortable and unprofessional. Ultimately, I decided to leave because the interaction didn't feel respectful or customer-focused. This is not the best way to treat a returning client who has had positive experiences before.
