Vegetarian raviolis. I know not my typical dish but it was amazingly flavorful and the sauce was a stand out

Fun night at the wine dinner they hold monthly. I really did not know what to expect but the entire evening was a great time. The food was tasty , the service was professional and courteous and the wine was perfectly paired with each course. We will definitely be back for another

Was craving some pasta and Carrabba's did not disappoint! We went here for my boyfriend's birthday dinner with his parents. They provided a complimentary birthday dessert for him! The pasta tasted amazing and I definitely recommend getting their soups as well! They have a deal for each entree you get, you can bring home another entree for $10! Our server was so nice. She really made time there great!

So dissatisfied because we deserve nice restaurants north of downtown! Had dinner last night and the atmosphere was beautiful. Took our drink orders and we asked for bread. "We are out of bread." Really? At 7:30? I wanted the 6oz filet for 40.00 as listed on their website. They only offer an 8 oz filet for 52.00. It came with a burnt inedible small baked potato. Literally. See picture. Husband's sirloin was full of gristle. Two house salads, two steaks with a side included and three simple drinks for 180.00!!! Sorry, not again.

This place needs to be shut down. I came here to celebrate birthday's and it was thee worst experience. Gnats we're flying around and all over the wall next to where we were sitting. We asked to be moved and the manager said that they had an exterminator come yesterday but, are still dealing with the issue and it's a issue in the whole restaurant so moving seats won't make a difference. Additionally, I order the salmon capperi and said no tomatoes twice and my entree arrived with tomatoes on it. They took it back and basically took off the tomatoes and poured a bunch of lemon sauce on top and did not add capers as it says it comes with on the menu and the asparagus were over cooked. This whole experience has left a bad taste in my mouth and I will not be back. If they knew they had an infestation of gnats they should not be open.

Ordered carry out. It was hot. The presentation was good. I got linguine primavera and a cannoli. It came with a salad... which was great. It all would have been better with a fork (delivery address was Holiday Inn, and I requested a fork... but they did not send one) I made chopsticks out of my coffee stir sticks... Stir sticks don't make good chopsticks... I would have given 5 stars if they sent a fork, but I view that as a service issue.

Our server, Jackson, was very polite, not pushy and very attentive. He made some suggestions and left us to our own devices. The open floor plan and hard surfaces does make it a bit noisy, but it wasn't bothersome (you could still make out some of the background music). The food...oh the food. So good. We started with Drunkin Goat. So good, but get some extra bread...you'll need it. Next the salmon. Buttery, the capers and olive gave the polenta base a great flavor. Then.. THE CHOCOLATE DOME! I ordered the Calabrian pizza, crushed tomatoes, fresh mozzarella, soppressatta calabrese, roasted peppers, red onions and chili oil. My preference for crust is a little bit thicker but this had a really nice flavor to it. The toppings all were great. Quite pleased with my choice. My wife ordered the Bolognese pasta, rigatoni, tomato and beef ragu. Could not eat it all so ate it for lunch a couple of days later. Said it still tasted great! Can't remember what our friends ordered, but they were quite happy with their entrees. Dessert!! I had not found any really great gelati here in Cincinnati until now! The chocolate gelato was just,!!! Wow! Sooo good!! And two large scoops, too! Yummy!! My wife had the crème brûlée, said it was really good! We were celebrating one of our friends birthday, so they surprised us with a small sampler crème brûlée and a single scoop of gelato. The ladies had espresso martinis topped with toasted marshmallow. Nice finishing touch! So, really good service, excellent food, nice outside patio (in pleasant weather!) a great evening!! Definitely deserves you checking it out!! You'll like it!!

There were a few couples waiting to be seated including us which was a tight squeeze by the front door but we didn't have to wait more than 15 minutes for our table. Now for the food, we split the Caesar Salad and Focaccia which was an appropriate serving size. I love a good Caesar Salad and theirs was just okay, pretty bog standard. Then we each got the Bolognese which was delicious, and a good portion size! To end the night, my husband got a cup of coffee that he loved while I enjoyed the affogato which was 10/10. A nice surprise was the blueberry compote dessert our server brought which was on the house with it being my birthday. It was a thoughtful surprise and much appreciated. I would definitely go back, maybe during lunch just to enjoy a quieter atmosphere and really admire the interior and maybe be lucky enough to have a table by the window to enjoy the passing cars.

But that was then and this is now, and the current hands-on owners give us a truly Italo-centric experience! It feels very European in here. All brick walls and an archway between the bar room and the dining room. Big wine rack in the dining room. The bar is also quite attractive and looks comfortable. I don't recall hearing any music but we were there at lunchtime on Sunday. Fire grilled artichokes grabbed me so we got this for an app. I admit I didn't read the description completely. The dish had seven little artichoke quarters drowning in Alfredo sauce. The artichoke was sweet and tender but all that sauce really overwhelmed it and this app is overpriced for the quantity. Later I realized we could have had them served with EVOO and parmesan which I would have much preferred. It was disappointing that the waitress didn't ask which preparation we wanted, and that the kitchen apparently did not ask her, either. Our two pasta dishes were delectable and the amount of protein was quite generous. We both loved our sauces, and the spicy Italian sausage (house made!) was out of this world. They sliced it nice and thin and there was so much, I was really in Heaven. The fettuccine and the capellini were done to perfect al dente. Our waitress did a great job and checked on us often. She was handling several tables and was constantly on the move but kept up well with all her guests. I was thrilled to see Limoncello cake on the dessert menu but a bit shocked at the high price. Of course it is possible you get a huge slice and I will definitely research this further next time! I plan on coming back, and soon.

The cocktails are works of art and well worth the prices (which are not above average). I included a picture of the two that we enjoyed. We got the arancini appetizer but asked for the peppercorn ranch on the side...which is my recommendation. It's actually very tasty and peppery and I think I'd love it on a salad. The arancini were excellent, golden brown and nicely put together. My husband had filet mignon done to perfect medium rare and I furthered my Italian food fix with the Campanelle Salsiccie. Sausage gravy was delicious though I thought there was a little too much sauce. House made pasta. Fresh grated Parmigiano cheese was a lovely addition. I took half my pasta dish home as I was so full. Generous portion! And, they knew it was my birthday and presented a complimentary tiramisu which was nice and light and so good. Myself, my husband, our 11 month old baby, and two of our sisters went out for dinner to celebrate mine and my babys birthdays, which are next week. We knew we needed a bit more space than usual since the baby's highchair and belongings take up some space, and the hostess and Manager were accommodating and kind as they offered us several different tables until we found one that worked, even though it was a Saturday night and they were booked with reservations. We ended up sitting in the enclosed back patio, which was nice and brighter than where we had sat before. Our server, Megan, introduced herself and was so kind and personable that we knew we were about to have great service. We started with bread service, because for $3.50 you get unlimited 16 bricks spread and whipped butter and olive oil. It comes out hot and is just really great bread. Last time I visited, I tried the mussels and I loved the saffron broth so much. I thought to myself that I would like to add some plain pasta to whatever broth was left. So this time, I ordered the muscles and I asked the server about getting plain noodles, and she said I wasn't the first person to request that, so the chef prepared the dish on top of a pile of their house made fettuccine noodles. It was really delicious with all of the fresh chopped garlic. My husband got the Cacio E Pepe and loved it. About 2/3 of the way through, he got full and said he should probably take it home, but it was too good to stop, so he ended up finishing every last bite. My sister got the chicken Parmesan with a side of Alfredo sauce. She loved it! We all tried the Alfredo sauce and agreed that while it is super rich, it was spot on. We all ended up dipping bread in it and adding some to our dishes. I think I will have to try the fettuccine Alfredo dish sometime. My other sister ordered the veggie pasta which comes with vegan noodles. The server made sure that she wanted the vegan noodles and not the regular, but my sister ended up swapping for the regular pasta since she has a pasta fanatic and knows they have really good housemaid pasta. She enjoyed her dish as well. Megan checked on us several times throughout the night and made pleasant conversation. She also complimented my baby for being super cute, which every mom wants to hear. We were honestly already having a great night when Megan offered to bring us bread to go and boxed up all of our leftovers for us. But then she took things up one more notch when she brought me and my baby birthday desserts because she heard me mention that I am breast-feeding and she is a mother too with a baby similar in age to mine, so she empathizes with how hard of a journey it is. My baby is turning one in a week, and his dad and I haven't given him sugar yet... Until tonight. Megan truly created the most magical moment for us to give him his first taste of a true sweet treat. We sang him happy birthday for the very first time and helped him blow out his first candle. It is no surprise that he absolutely loved the whipped cream we gave him. This was our first time celebrating our babies's birthday, and our nearly shared birthday, and Megan truly made it one to remember. Thanks for the core memory, Caruso's. We will be back.
