I did witness an interaction with your shift leader, and another employee where he did not treat her very well or with respect she deserves. I spoke to said Manager and told him about that and he said nothing and asked me to speak to him privately I declined. Ordered door dash today from here, which we frequently do. We got two dinners one of which was the spaghetti and meatballs. The dasher shows up with the order. The spaghetti is not in there. We called the store and after talking to three separate people we finally got the manager, to which his "helpful" response was "I made the order and put it in there so the dasher must have tampered with it, sorry call door dash". Terrible service. I looked at the bag and it's stapled from the store and was not ever opened. It's like the manager did not care what so ever. I will not be ordering from here again. Went here for our Tita's retirement, I got there half an hour early but they did start putting other our table for fifteen together quickly. Valeria was our waitress, she was absolutely wonderful. Very attentive & always kept our drinks filled. Each staff member we interacted with was pleasant. The food was delicious, I had ordered the shrimp & scallop linguine in vodka sauce. I'm allergic to shrimp, but that happily made it all scallops & didn't skimp on protein. They handled our dishes with so much care for the people that had shellfish allergies. Cesar salad was food, large portion, & we are thankful she let us know the dressing was made with anchovies... again for allergy reasons, so attentive. I will say the calamari was a bit ehhhh... feel like it had a lot of batter but it wasn't greasy st all. I used to go here all the time, many years ago as I worked in the area. Took our family friend for her graduation. We had an early dinner. Server was decent. Out of all of our meals, that were taken home, only to be thrown away. Big portions, apparently not that good. I had the eggplant parmigiana, that was pretty good. Guest of honor didn't rave about her shrimp pasta. Spent a lot of money only to be disappointed. At one point I asked the server if the coffee was fresh, he said it wasn't just made but should be ok. I was charged for each individual cup, over $10. That's wild. So good. The chicken piccata and mashed potatoes were delicious. Mashed potatoes were creamy and not like your typical boring potatoes. The Caesar salad dressing is also made well and is far above most Italian restaurants in the area. Bread is always fresh and order was fast and complete. We had booked reservations a couple of weeks before for a Five course Dinner Wine pairing dinner at Carrabbas Italian and two days before I had an auto accident and didn't feel like going so I canceled. Out of the blue the evening of the dinner we get a text stating they are sorry we couldn't make it and offered to deliver wine dinner to our home for free. I was like... No way. Well. My wife and I haven't visited Carrabba's for a LONG time, in fact a VERY long time. We were meeting up with another couple for lunch and they wanted us to suggest a location. Carrabba's was right in the middle. We knew we wanted to visit so the restaurant was going to be the perfect pick since it's normally quiet. We were meeting up after the lunch hour so we knew it wouldn't be crowded. We all met up at the appointed time and were able to visit before ordering, the staff wasn't rushing us. I decided on the lobster ravioli, I've never met a ravioli I didn't like! For my side I choose the Caesar salad. Both my salad and my entree were SO delicious. The service our party received from the staff was perfect for the occasion. The staff was respectful of letting us have a leisurely lunch. That you Carrabba's for a wonderful time. read more

Anniversary dinner. Great service from Maddie. My husband's steak was delicious and perfectly cooked. Crab cakes were ok. The dessert was quite good. My food and hubby's veggies were so salty, it was hard to eat. I believe the amount of salt used would be offensive to most diners, especially those with health issues affected by sodium. IF we ever go back, we will request zero added salt. It simply ruined the meal for both of us. Our bill was substantial for dinner for 2. There are many great restaurants in the Mid Cities area and we will explore others. read more

We are always cautious about dining adjacent to movie theaters, the risk is getting movie food and movie service, considering that people come to the restaurant for convenience and not flavor. It has been a while since we dined here, but I had given a good review then. Tonight we had a good experience. The environment is clean and appealing. The staff is professional. They have an appealing menu with lots of options for protein. Being traditional, we order basics. My sponsor ordered the Lasagne and I had the Spaghetti Pomodoro with meat sauce. Our dishes came with salads. Carrabba's is not a lower end priced establishment. The serving sizes were enough for take home for another meal. The salads were larger than typical Italian restaurants. The flavors were exceptional, down to the dipping sauce for the bread. Maybe we need to frequent more often. read more

My husband and I decided to treat ourselves to a very nice meal tonight, he had the pork chops, I had the chicken trio. When we got it delivered they didnt put bread in the order. So we got the seasoning pack and oil and no bread. Then right in the middle of chewing my food I pulled a long black hair out of my mouth. I am no where near black hair. Gross to say the least. And if u are gonna send food out then make sure it has everything. I would say u get what you pay for but this was a very expensive meal and they should know better read more

We did call ahead, and they got us to our table in just a few minutes! The place is clean and well maintained. Service was very good. Waitstaff was quick to get drinks and take orders. Manager even checked in with us. Food came out quickly, too. Everything was hot and good tasting. The meatball appetizer was delicious and a good value. The Chicken Bryan was also good and came with garlic mash potatoes. The bread was fresh and hot with oil for dipping. All in all a very good experience. Price seemed a little high, but good quality. I love eating at Carrabba's especially this Carrabba's. The service is spot on, the food cooked well, and the atmosphere is usually comfortable. (Some Saturdays around movie start times can be a wait and noisy). They have excellent happy hour drinks and great wine selections. My favorite dishes: meatball appetizer, Chicken Bryan, Messaluna, Piccata, and their new Pork chop for entrees. The Mama M. Soup and also their house salad are my favorite soup and salad at any restaurant. Carry out service was so disappointing. Took over 30 minutes...then wait for the food. This was a carry out order. I was address by name incorrectly after she received my diners reward phone number. Requested extra bread and herbs/oil. Received two servings of Bread (for 4 adults and 2 teeneager/preteen. Here is picture of herb oh so generously gave. The one star is literally for the manager Adam going above and beyond after the very unpleasant experience I've experienced tonight. Our server Matt D I believe..based off what the receipt says. Tall black guy, under cut with curly high pony tail. So for starters...we get there around 7:30pm. No one greeted us until 7:50...some blonde girl with red lipstick . Mind you..she wasn't even our server apparently. She pointed to our server (Matt D) right next to us who didn't even bother acknowledging us the entire time. She took our drink orders and appetizers. I asked for the shrimp to be fried for the scampi...she lets me know since the kitchen isn't busy that they'll make the exception.wonderful. So the lady gets our server attention to finally greet us (30 mins later at this point) and he looks at us with complete disgust, looks like he's complaining to the blonde girl, and rolls his eyes. So when he gets to our table i immediately start off with "hey...if severing us is going to over whelm you since I see you have a 6 top...can you just pass us off to another server?" Because after seeing that display of an unprofessional attitude...I really don't want the bad vibes around us. He says it's fine and takes our order. This is around 8:00 something at this point. 30 mins goes by and I had to flag him down for another drink...still no food. About 40-50 mins goes by and my friend requests a manger . I'm here a lot ...so a medium rare steak typically only takes 15 mins. This has taken damn near an hour. So the manager Mr. Adam comes explains something about the vegetables that I didn't want being on the plate so they had to fix that? Still came with vegetables. Now before he finally brings the food. ...Matt was talking with another co-worker (another tall darkskin black guy with a low cut/ waves) and he says "I was just there so wtf is their problem? I was checking on them" I guess the manger had a talk with him about communication and he says that within ear shot of our booth so he WANTED us to hear it. You WERE NOT attentive in the slightest! Busy chit chatting with some girl with a pony tail at the cook station! So when the manger drops off our food ....I told him that Matt has made this a HOSTILE environment and I don't want him continuing serving us. Let me tell you something ...we see you attend and communicate with the white customers around us. All 3 of his other tables got their food, drinks, entree etc BEFORE us and we were here BEFORE them. I've seen this in the industry many times. POC gets the junk end of the stick because we're labeled as "low tippers, $5 tippers, or no tippers" so we're not really catered too. I'm here like 5 times a month and always tip either half my bill or 25%. I wasn't even going to get a manger involved...Matt just simply wasn't going to get a tip based off this horrendous experience. The manager did mention Matt was serving on the other side of the restaurant as well...but again...I gave him an out by passing us along but okay...But anyways...thankfully Adam was phenomenal and took great care of us for the rest of the night. I'll stick to dining in during the morning times...the night time workers are rough around the edges. read more

3.5 stars I feel bad only giving 3 stars because I do prefer this italian chain eatery over others (i.e. Olive Garden, Macaroni Grill, etc.) There's nothing anything THAT negative I have to say about this restaurant other than it's just never something I genuinely crave. The complimentary bread and dipping oil is its main appeal IMO. The prices are a little steep, but considering a choice of soup or salad + a side is included with most meals, could be argued that you're not overpaying that much. Plus, the food usually tastes fairly decent - not overly salted or cooked to death. Cocktails are so-so, service is usually timely and friendly, and portions are reasonably generous. Again, nothing really terrible to say. Except for, and I know this sounds mean, but they do mediocre well. A solid 3.5 stars read more

And the sirloin with Bryan topping and grilled broccoli and asparagus. The steak was perfectly seasoned and melted in my mouth. The veggies were absolutely delicious as well. I wish there was a location that was closer because I had to drive 30 minutes for pickup but it was worth it.

The food is amazing and the service is always impeccable. They have the best Chicken Piccata and Caesar salad that I have ever had. Their soups are all amazing. They offer gluten free pasta for those that need it, too. They offer a lunch deal that if you buy one of the certain dishes on the menu, you get one of equal or lesser value for $10 to go. While meals are usually around $20, I easily have leftovers and make two meals out of it. read more

For a chain restaurant, we were pleasantly surprised at the quality of food and the portions! You get a TON of calamari in the appetizer, with two dipping sauces. His side soup had shredded chicken, and my side salad was big enough to be an entrée. I got some kind of stuffed chicken breast, which was amazing for chicken. It was heavily seasoned, but done so cohesively. My husband got the sirloin. He usually asks for steak sauce (I know, I know...) but when he got it, it was already well-seasoned. Coffee and tiramisu was perfect afterwards. Might go back to try that cannoli cake next! read more

The taste of everything was very tasteful i was impressed the house salad came tossed in a creamy dressing and the chicken in the soup made it heartier. I ordered takeout here thinking I was about to enjoy a delicious meal. Sadly I was left highly disappointed. The fettuccine weesie was the worst pasta I've ever had before. The noodles were so slimey and mushy and were so stuck together that it was a challenge to stir. They felt disgusting in my mouth. I've never tasted noodles like that in my life. Maybe they were insanely overcooked? I don't know but I couldn't eat them. Luckily the shrimp in the dish were really good so I didn't have to throw out the entire dish. I also ordered the dipping sauce trio with bread and the alfredo was like white water. Super runny and no flavor. I did really like the tomato cream sauce though. Overall the negatives were so high here that I won't be going back. I don't think I'll ever get over how gross those noodles were! read more
