She handled a frustrated call professionally and gave us a more realistic estimate. When we thought food would still be delayed, she reassured and told us our wait time. That time was met and our food was correct and warm when we got it including delicious warm bread. Carrabas is always a solid choice. Food is always hot and flavorful. Service is timely and friendly. It's got a nice vibe inside with mostly low lighting throughout. We went recently on Valentine's Day and they were extremely busy (obviously), but the service was still great. The only recommendation I have is for Carrabas to be more transparent about ingredients in certain food items. We ordered the meatball sliders and I wasn't able to eat any as they contain pork, which I can't eat (I confirmed this by looking it up online after they arrived to our table and I could tell it wasn't just beef). read more

Bread basket and salad was great. Bread comes with a delicious italian seasoning blend and olive oil. Salad had a creamy Italian parmesan dressing. Unfortunately the entrees were not worth the price at all. Noodles came cold and did not have any flavor. I would choose olive garden any day of the week over Carrabbas. read more

Just over a week ago I planned a large memorial dinner event for my mother who had recently passed away. There were 47 of us in total. Liz helped plan the entire dinner by offering several different options for the custom menu, printing menus for our dinner group and placing them by the Place settings, making sure there was appropriate staff when we arrived at 3 PM on a Saturday, and ensuring that this special event was enjoyed by all. When we walked in the door our entire group got seated at the tables that were set out in the main part of the restaurant. The drink orders were taken followed by entrée orders and everything started to flow nicely from the kitchen throughout the entire dinner. The food was hot, fresh , and delicious. Several people commented how much they enjoyed their dinner not only during the dinner itself but in the days that followed. Given that it was in the month of May which is a busy season for booking restaurants I was a little nervous about finding a space for nearly 50 people. I went to Carrabba's Italian Grill for lunch with my aunt and overall had a good experience. The host was friendly and greeted us right away, which set a positive tone from the start. Our server, Maegan, was pleasant and did not rush us while ordering, which we appreciated. The food runner was also very polite and thoughtfully brought the cheese grater when delivering our meals. The food was enjoyable, and everyone we interacted with was professional. The only downside was that my water was not refilled, and I did notice that Maegan seemed a bit more outgoing after we decided to order a $10 meal to go. The sauce and meat were excellent , very tasty and the pasta was NOT over sauced like other restaurants. We used curbside carryout and the food was ready a little early and the transaction was quick. Carrabba's is a Italian restaurant chain that is higher class food. I went at lunchtime with a big group of people and they did a very good job waiting on us. The restaurant is good size and cute inside. They had lots of lunch specials going on and non-lunch specials as well I was able to geta salad, a spaghetti and a dessert for $15. I enjoy coming to this place and will definitely be back. read more

My boyfriend and I came here for Valentine's Day and I was very impressed. We did call ahead seating, and we only had to wait about 10 minutes before we were sat on a very busy night. The place was packed but it did not affect our service whatsoever. Our waitress, Meghan, was very attentive and helpful. Everyone we encountered from the young man opening doors for everyone, to the hostess and the food runners were all so nice. Oh, and all the food was delicious. Then they send you a survey to ask how the visit was and received a text that seemed like Kimberly had an attitude when I finished the survey. Lunch service sucks. Mom and I wanted to try a new place after some shopping, so we figured we'd give this a shot. It was underwhelming to say the least. There was a short wait - no problem. We were seated and our server was over pretty quickly, but it seemed like she couldn't care less about our service. We heard her actively discussing options with the tables around us, and reminding them of the promo where you can order an entree to go for $10. She never mentioned that to us. It seemed as though she couldn't walk away from us fast enough. The good: The bread basket to start was nice, warm bread. The herbs and oil for dipping was good. And we got the caprese salad as an app - very tasty and the best part of the meal. The not so good: Mom got lasagna which she said was very bland. It wasn't bad, but it wasn't great. I got the Tuscan grilled chicken and wow what a waste of $20. The chicken itself was cooked well - I'll give it that. But there was no sauce and barely any seasoning. The garlic mash was...average at best. My true issue was the side of 'sauteed' broccoli I paid $5 extra for. I'm sorry, but this was microwave broccoli out of a bag. It was mushy. It wasn't seasoned. All together it was a very bland and disappointing meal. Mom got the blackberry sangria and at first sip, it wasn't bad. But by the end, it tasted like pure syrup. I ordered an iced tea, which our server never bothered to ask if I'd like another. So $4 for 1 glass of iced tea. We were going to get dessert, but by the end it was so disappointing we didn't want to waste any more money. At desserts online and said "I gave u the bill right " ...it was my friends bday .... Alright so I decided to try Carrabbas recently as my normal go to Italian place had shut down. I was intrigued by the happy hour menu which is part of the reason I came to Carrabbas. When we sat down, we were served in a prompt enough manner but the server told us that the food options on the happy hour menu were only for those seated at the bar (we were seated in a booth). Somehow we were able to order a drink from the happy hour menu but not the food which did not seem to be right but whatever. Then we decided to get an appetizer and the server told us the menu is "old" and needs updating when we asked for the bread trio with dipping sauce and instead recommended their bread tower which is indeed a tower of bread (and needs more than one marinara dipping side in my opinion). It was nice that there also was a complimentary bread basket offered with plain bread and some herbs for dipping (add olive oil to it), but definitely no frills style. When the bread tower came it looked similar to the bread we already had as it had herbs in it and was toasted as if it was garlic bread versus breadsticks which I was more so picturing. I did enjoy getting a salad (Caesar) with my entree, mezzeluna. It was a half shaped moon ravioli with chicken and spinach in it in cream sauce. It was good but not my favorite Italian dish I've ever had. It was definitely creamy. The portion size was decent for dinner, not huge but a good size. The dessert was spectacular - a cannoli cake to be shared by two which actually can be shared by two! I would recommend this. My friend had some entree left and had to put it in some very small take out boxes as they had no big boxes left nor did our server bring over a bag to put all our boxes in- it's the little details that count. She also brought over our check pretty rapidly even though we were still in the midst of dessert- another detail i found a little annoying as we were not done eating yet. This place is decent but needs to make some improvements overall with service / the menu and happy hour menu though in my opinion and to enhance the aesthetic as it has more of a low key aesthetic versus casual and elegant. **FYI: They do have a special if you dine in that you can get a take home entree for $12 which is a decent special! ** read more

Carrabba's is very good when the food is fresh and accurate and has good service. We almost left because we waited so long for our server Ciara to take our drink order, in an almost empty restaurant. Our server was kind but not attentive. The blackberry sangria and bread and herbs were very good. The appetizer and salad were also good, no complaints. The entrees did not taste as they are intended. The chicken and eggplant Parmesan were soggy. This location is not up to par with other locations. I don't usually go to Italian chain restaurants but this location was convenient for meeting up with an old friend last night. First, our server Wendy was top notch. She knew my friend and I were catching up after not seeing each other for a very long time. She explained their current promotion about taking any additional entree on the menu home with you for $10. She gave us all the time we needed to have a drink and get around to ordering. I then proceeded to spill my drink all over the table. Wendy and the manager were there in seconds, wiped it up and brought a fresh drink immediately. I ordered the lobster ravioli and a Caesar salad. My friend had the same. The food was very good, though the ravioli could have been hotter. Wendy checked on us frequently, offered refills on our beverages, and told us to take our time since she could see we were going nowhere fast after we ate. She even offered another beverage long after we had paid our tab which we took her up on. The manager came over after a good hour of us sitting there. I thought she was going to tell us they needed to free up the table (!) But instead she asked us about our meal, thanked us for coming in, and left a gift card for a free dessert the next time we were there. Honestly, the staff really helped make this a lovely dining experience. As I said I'm not a big fan of chain restaurants (especially since I'm an Italian girl and very particular about Italian food). I see a lot of negative reviews about this place which is a bit surprising. Maybe we just got lucky? But based on last night's experience, I would definitely go back. The food and service is average. However, this location has a serious fruit fly infestation. We were there three months ago and there were 10 (seriously) fruit flies lined up on the side of our booth. We complained and were moved and the waitress confirmed that they were aware of the problem and attempting to address it. We were there again tonight and sat at a table and the fruit fly problem still exists. I had to keep my hand over the top of my wine to prevent them from landing in it. We like Carrabba's but will no longer patronize this location. This has been a problem for over six months and has not been addressed. read more

Carrabbas used to have good food, but not anymore unfortunately. The Canton location, in my experience has the worst food and the worst customer service of any of them. I got takeout there once and the guy who came out to my car to give it to me literally had his hand out (like - you better tip me) after he gave it to me. Never again. read more

Hello, We ordered to go at the bar and the service was great! We got take out for my in laws for their anniversary. Spent over $100 on food. The steak and shrimp was dry. I called to ask if maybe a sauce was missing and the manager on duty told us maybe we should order extra sauce next time, no credits or hey come back and get an app with us. A little customer service goes a long way especially for folks like us that have loved it there before today. Respectfully, as a manager, do the right thing. I went here on Valentine's day and we had the valentine's 4 course meal. It consisted of an appetizer, soup/salad, main entree, and dessert. We got the calamari for the appetizer and it was fresh and crispy and came with a really tasty buttery sauce. We then had the house parmesan salad and the caesar salads which came in big servings. At this point, we were already full. For the main course, we got the fettuccini carrabba and the 7-oz tuscan grilled sirloin which came with penne pasta and mashed potatoes. Both were amazing and came in big portions. For dessert, we got the chocolate dream which was creamy and perfectly sweet to top our dinner. Our server Malika provided exceptional service to us and was very attentive despite being super busy on valentines night. This place is clean and has the typical italian restaurant vibe. Haven't been here for awhile so we decided to drop in for dinner on a Monday night. Very surprised at how empty the place was. Bonus for us. We were seated in the bar area and Jessica was our server. She was very pleasant and took great care of us. We ordered the lasagna and the linguine pescatore. Both were very good. We also were informed by Jessica that we could order a take home entrée for $10 so I ordered the Fettuccine Weesie to go. Have not tried it yet so I will have to review it later. It was very quiet at we had a relaxing dinner. Prices have gone up quite a bit so our dinner, drinks, and dessert was close to $100 but we have plenty of leftovers. Went there yesterday for dinner. Let me tell you. It was kind of a waste of my time and money. Let's just say overall experience was not good. I didn't even get in the both before the waitress came up and was wanting to take the order. Like ish man, I don't even know what the menu says. Next I ordered my daughters kids meal and my meal at the same time. My daughters comes out which is fine.. but then I'm waiting about a good 10minutes before my meal come out. Mind you I've already finished my salad before the meal; however when my food comes out my pasta is a little cold and taste like a bit fish like, and the chicken masala that I ordered barely had any mushrooms on it about 5 and the sauce was split, a bunch of oil on the plate so there's that and they didn't even apologize for the wait. Mean while whole time the waitresses are taking turns holding a baby while attending to guests. It just wasn't a very pleasant experience for the price of the meal and being sat right in front of the kitchen. I just wish they did better read more
