2013 GMC Sierra HD DURAMAX DUALLY
    A. F.

These guys were amazing to work with. I have been looking for a diesel truck for awhile and flew out to Dallas from Az to go test drive a 2013 GMC Sierra HD Duramax. Carlos the owner offered to have me picked up from my hotel and I gladly accepted. They picked me up first thing in the morning and took me to the dealership and let me take the keys to the truck all by myself and I took it for a test drive. After about 10 minutes of driving the check engine light came on. I took it back to Carlos and we found out the code was for a failed fuel rail sensor. Carlos knew I wanted to buy the truck and start driving back to Arizona right away because the next day was thanksgiving. Carlos the owner personally rolled up his sleeves and got up in the engine bay and started taking out the bad sensor. I knew Carlos didn't typically do this type of thing all the time which made me appreciate him so much more. I'm not trying to say he's not a diesel mechanic but that he normally has his shop mechanics do all the work. He could have easily asked one of his workers to do it and he could of gone back Into his office but no he didn't. He wanted to help me get this problem fixed ASAP. Once the failed sensor was out he realized he didn't have the correct one in stock. I told him there was an auto zone just down the street that might have the part and he said to me, "oh no I don't want to put a cheap after market sensor in the truck, we can run to the dealership and get the exact replacement". (The dealership was almost 40 minutes away). I was taken back. Carlos wanted to have the best parts replaced and didn't care if the dealership was 40 minutes away. He wanted it done right. I gained a ton of respect for this man. Once we got the new sensor he got it installed super quick and the engine code went away and I got on my way back to Arizona. I can't thank Carlos and his team enough for making this truck buying experience so awesome and stress free. I didn't have to worry about any salesman tactics or pressure at all. The price was right on point and I couldn't be happier with my diesel. Thanks again guys!

However I have to say the service team: specifically Victor and Perry (Service Mgr) were great throughout it all. I will say at first I was a bit annoyed because I had an appt scheduled one day and the people on the phone told me incorrect information when making my appt. so I wasted my time to go out there in the middle of my workday for no reason. Only to get there and then tell me I couldn't have it re-programmed. Where some places would've probably just programmed and may have left you stuck. As Mazda vehicles require 2 "good keys" to reprogram, and one the process is started it deems your vehicle immobile if it doesn't pair. Victor and Perry took the time to explain to me the chances of the other key not programming and all my various options and costs associated with it, so I could make the best decision for myself on what I wanted to do. Victor and Perry kept me updated throughout the whole process, and thankfully it all worked out. What I appreciated besides the communication with Perry and Victor is the fact that they took the time to explain in lamens terms the whole scenario and possible consequences of them doing the programming. I know some places definitely would've just gone ahead and if it didn't work, forced you to buy the Mazda mfctr key through them which is like $300. I also chatted with some of the sales guys while there, and they weren't pushy just talked about the feature of my car versus some of the other models. I would definitely recommend them and will be back for servicing or if I choose to upgrade my car. Thanks for making what could've been a nightmare of a process, a great experience Victor and Perry!

Ash Galoyan and Zack Alia was incredibly patient, honest, knowledgeable, and never made us feel pressured. He took the time to answer all of our questions, kept communication open throughout the process, and worked hard to help us get a deal we felt good about. The finance team were also great to work with and made everything straightforward and transparent. We purchased a 2026 Mazda CX-5 Premium Plus AWD and really like it so much already! The vehicle was spotless, the process was efficient, and the entire team treated us with kindness and respect from start to finish. If you're looking for a dealership that values customer service and professionalism without the typical high-pressure tactics, we definitely recommend Town North Mazda. Worth the drive from Louisiana for us! Thank y'all again for such a great experience!

After I asked a few basic questions, he became noticeably irritated and redirected me to someone else. He told me that his colleague Marrick--who I had not yet met--was the "test driver," which I later learned wasn't accurate, as Marrick is actually a salesperson. The interaction felt dismissive, and I brought my concern to the manager. A review should reflect the entire experience, both good and bad, and this part of the visit was disappointing. Kevin's attitude and impatience cost him a sale. On the other hand, Marrick was excellent. He was patient, not pushy, and genuinely helpful. I would have rated the visit a 3 based on the initial interaction, but Marrick completely turned the experience around and ultimately earned the dealership a full-payment sale. My review reflects what I truly believe: it's not the company itself--it's the people representing the company who can make or break the customer experience. In this situation it was Marrick because I could have purchased a Mercedes for less than what I purchased the Camry for. I picked up my new wheels on November 14, 2025. Marrick is the best if you want a great sale experience. S. Jones

Kept interrupting my wife when we were trying to ask questions. Extremely arrogant too and told us he's a pro at this because he grew up in the car industry. Cool story bro but no one cares. The customer DOES care about how you talk to them and treat them. They will finesse every dime out of you and charge you for THEIR expenses which is ridiculous so do not fall for it. Pro tip: do NOT under any circumstance tell them how much of a monthly payment you would be ok with. This is a tactic dealerships use to squeeze every dollar out of you without negotiating the price. Last thing: they told me they would take an outside lender for a loan, but when we were trying to buy, Jacob the douche told me that they don't and only use their bank of choice or whatever. STAY AWAY. you'll thank me later

A little backstory- I bought a 2025 jeep compass limited from them. Not even three days after getting it some lights were appearing on my dash and saying it needed to be service. Not a big deal right?? Wrong! After taking my jeep to Jeep dealership they told me something was wrong with my car and it needed to go in the shop immediately (my car was deemed unsafe due to some codes that were popping up). I called my sales person to tell him my car is in the shop and the jeep dealership has no cars to rent out to me. They told me they couldn't help me due to the fact is in not a Honda car so they can't give me a rental. My Sales person did everything he could to help me out with this situation which I appreciate but it was unacceptable for them to sit back and not help me out! The car was deemed unsafe I couldn't drive it. Finally Jeep gave me my car back this morning but they did say that Honda didn't do any maintenance to the car thar needed to be done so now I have to come up with the money for the services they should've done to the car.

Shortly after purchasing the truck, my iPhone began alerting me that an unknown AirTag was traveling with me. The AirTag tracked multiple 45+ minute routes over multiple days before I was finally able to locate it hidden in the truck. Because of the circumstances, I filed a police report and contacted the dealership immediately. My concern was not simply the AirTag itself, but the combination of: * an active tracking device found in the vehicle, * and a missing second key still unaccounted for. As a father with a 22-month-old and a 1-month-old at home, this was extremely unsettling. I was not asking the dealership to buy the vehicle back or do anything unreasonable. I simply asked for assistance reseeding/reprogramming the truck so that the missing key would no longer work with the vehicle. Unfortunately, General Manager Brian Weiss personally informed me that the dealership would not help with any of the cost and showed little concern regarding the security implications of the situation. I understand the AirTag may have belonged to a previous owner or been left behind unintentionally. Mistakes happen. What disappointed me was the dealership's complete lack of willingness to help secure a vehicle they had recently sold after a tracking device was discovered inside it. Buyers should strongly consider the security implications of purchasing a vehicle with missing keys and ensure everything is fully addressed before taking delivery. UPDATE: After posting this review, I later spoke directly with Brian Weiss. Based on that conversation, I do believe there may have been a misunderstanding regarding the earlier phone call I received from someone identifying themselves as the GM. Brian has since personally reached out to me, has been professional and reasonable in our conversations, and is currently working with me toward a resolution regarding the truck's key programming/security concerns. I appreciate the direct communication and willingness to revisit the situation. I will continue to update this review based on the final outcome and whether the issue is ultimately resolved.

When driving from where I received the truck, the check engine light came on. I notified him of this issue and he said to have it fixed locally and he would reimburse me. It has been several months and many texts and calls and still no reimbursement. Up until this point, David lived up to his word but I am extremely disappointed to have to write a partial negative review due to not receiving this promised reimbursement. In addition, the check engine issue took two times to resolve, the second requiring an additional cost which I decided to absorb thinking I would get the promised reimbursement. In closing, David did live up to his word on everything until this reimbursement issue so I can't give a 5 star review due to this
