You could tell a lot of time and care went into it. After carefully piecing everything together, he sanded and finished it to match the original color of the floor. I followed up with a phone call several days later asking for the workman to come out (I live two miles away from the business) and take a look. He informed me that nothing could be done since he considered the job finished. And then he proceeded to ghost me. So, I guess my review is; they do good work until they don't, and then you're on your own. Why take a chance when there are so many other highly reviewed floor service providers in the area.
