Awesome place if you want to sit around with your hands in your pocket waiting for 30 minutes. All while a kid skates around the warehouse again and again and again. We had driven past Carpet Warehouse for years and when it finally came to buying new carpet, it was honestly the last place we thought about going. We walked in randomly on the way home from going to some of the "Big Name" carpet places and thought "what the heck let's check it out." First impression....wow the "show room" was not very organized. Set your expectations correctly, this is a warehouse of carpet. You wont have any glitz and glam like you will at some of the stores but think about it.....you are looking for carpet not show room glitz. Their pricing was fantastic. We found the same name brand carpet we looked at in other show rooms for significantly less. They had lots of selection although it took some digging to find the best fit. We worked with Sal and he was fantastic. We decided to pull the trigger and man are we happy that we did. Install was very professional and they did a great job. Don't judge a book by it's cover. I will buy carpeting from them again in the future. read more

Owner Mark was a blessing. I wanted carpet FAST for my Daughters birthday. Went shopping for it a little under 3 weeks before. After Lowes sent out their measure team and received the measurements back for me to come back in to the store for the estimate they then tell me the carpet will take 2-3 weeks to get in (not to mention install). In a mad rush we found carpet warehouse. went in on Sat 4-28 talked with Mark and he made everyone happy. Not only cheaper but it was installed 5-3 (3 days before the b-day) Thank you Mark! Once installed, everything went downhill, including the owner (who was nowhere to be found). The service is deplorable. Wrinkles in carpet which never left. Tried time and time again to meet with owner, and the excuses began and never ended. read more

DO NOT USE THEM! I had the worst experience with Carpet Warehouse. They promised to have the carpet in by a specific date and it wasn't installed until another week later. This normally wouldn't be the end of the world but it's the main reason we chose them. Each day I'd have to chase them for an answer. Then when the carpet came the installers left the place a mess. There were scraps everywhere and trash left out. I asked them to call me so I can review and sign off after they were complete but they never did. The installers urinated on the toilet seat and floor. When I called Sam to discuss he lectured me on how to flip a unit (I'm not flipping my condo and have no idea why he brought it up). He eventually told he would come out to vacuum it. The next day he said that they never vacuum after a job. When I referenced the agreement he told me to call Home Depot next time. I could go on for hours, but please save yourself the pain and do not hire them. I wish I had better pictures but started cleaning up before I thought to take them. read more

I bought a new home in the summer of 2011 and hired carpet warehouse to install all new carpet throughout home, a total of 2110 sq ft of carpeting was purchased. I take very good care of my home, do not allow shoes on carpet, kids to eat on, etc. In late 2014, I noticed that the family room was getting ripples in it. I called in summer of 2015, and although my warranty was only for 3 yrs, they agreed to come out and re stretch. When the workers arrived, they were not happy. They said they would have to call and make sure that they could proceed with work at no charge as my warranty had lapsed. I stated that I had already called and complained and that, this is why they were here! Within weeks of them leaving, the upstairs bedrooms began to show. Now, I am preparing my home for resale and have had others out looking at carpet and they are appalled at the initial install job that was done by carpet warehouse. It is going to cost me $600. to have the bedrooms and hallways restretched. The carpet is very nice/highend carpet, installed with 8lb padding. I have also been told repeatedly that this is not due to anything I have done, simply poor installation. I am also finding out that most companies warranty installation way beyond 3 yrs. Needless to say when the family room was rest retched just 3 yrs ago, it now needs it again. I am very dissatisfied in the installation of carpet warehouse. Excellent professional service. The Carpet Warehouse has a large selection to choose from at competitive prices. I live in SF and they arranged carpeting for my sister in Cleveland over the phone. I flew in and took my sister to the store to choose a carpet and it was installed the next day. They are ann and out efficient company and easy to work with.
