Mathew did an amazing job on my carpet. I bought a carpet shampooer hoping I could revive the look seeings how I love my carpet but it really didn't do the job. Finally decided to look at yelp for recommendations. I was impressed at Carpet Masters San Bernardino and was not disappointed, it looks like new. I also asked if he would clean a spot on my cream colored couch that I thought I would have to reupholster, the spot looks great. I have an appointment for him to come back and clean both couches. I'm sooo happy. read more

Carpet Masters did a phenomenal job on cleaning 5 area rugs that are in high traffic areas of our home. They picked up the rugs, cleaned and returned them in 3 days looking like brand new. They were prompt, courteous and provided excellent value and we could not be happier. read more

I initially posted a 3 star review, but after giving it some thought I decided to call them and express my disappointment. Glad I did! The person I spoke to was so kind and was going to send someone out right away. Donald gave me a call and came within 2 hours. Matthew ( the owner also came) My mattress was taken care of and I couldn't be happier. I could see the difference! Donald also took care of the few spots that were left on my sectional. read more

Carpet Masters - Before & After! - Carpet Cleaning Near Me - San Bernardino, California

I had 2 Persian Heriz Rugs dating back to the 1920's from the area of Heris, in Northwest Iran. The Rugs were in storage, abused through the years by numerous pets and previous owner and in totally appalling condition. I recently took them out of storage to have them cleaned by Carpet Masters / Rug Masters at 648 S. Waterman Ave., in San Bernardino. Owner and carpet care specialists Matthew greeted me as I pulled into shop. An appointment for drop-offs and pick-ups is recommend, even though they offered to pick up and deliver. Matthew was very knowledgeable from the get-go and spoke to me honestly about the Rugs and the sad shape they were in. He recommended Rug Fringe repairs by his expert, a total urine treatment, shampoo and hand wash, also recommended a Fabric Protector Micro-seal and a felt top pad with moisture barrier. Frankly I was so impressed with his knowledge, I gave him the go ahead on everything. I had no sooner left his shop, and he texted me photos of the shampoo and washing treatment as it was taking place, which impressed me more, and gave me peace of mind that the Rugs were at the right place to be cleaned. Upon completion of the job, I made an appointment to pick up the Rugs and Felt Pads. The Rugs turned out awesome - everything from the stitching repair on the fringe, to the cleanliness, to the protective Felt Pads. I remain truly impressed with Carpet Masters / Rug Masters and Matthew will continue to have my business, as well as the clients I recommend him to for many years to come ! Carpet Masters - So glad to have carpet masters to clean my carpets, chairs and couches! - Carpet Cleaning Near Me - San Bernardino, California

I called Carpet Masters to clean our carpets in both bedrooms and both our living room and dining room rugs. Matthew and another one of his guys came out and quickly took care of everything! Both were on point, respectful, professional, and thoughtful. Now my carpet is clean, fresh, and ready for my 10 month old to roll around in again! Carpet Masters is my go to when it comes to my carpets and will be recommending them to friends and family. read more

Carpet Masters pulled a "no-show" on me today to clean my carpets. I called after the appointment time to see if they were still coming. I was told by the woman on the phone that I wasn't on the schedule. I asked if my Friday appointment for carpet repair was on the schedule, she said it was not. She stated that my appointments sounded familiar and that she remembered talking to me when I scheduled. She completely dropped the ball. So unprofessional. Now I have to scramble to find a different company to come out before my houseful of guests arrive next week. Would give 0 stars if it was possible. read more

Matthew and his crew were awesome. They were on time and did a very thorough job on the house we just purchased. I told Matthew I wanted the place cleaned and then one day I'd want to lay down new carpet. After cleaning the carpet he told me not to waste my money, and that the carpet was still in great condition. When they had finished cleaning it I could see he was right. The carpet was a completely different color and worth keeping. I am thankful to these men for making me feel comfortable in my new home. read more

We have a very large sectional. And with 4 kids and 5 dogs, it needed some TLC. I approached carpet masters with the initial intent of reupholstering the sectional. When they gave Me the price, it was almost like having to buy a whole new couch. Dick, who was the owner, was very polite and detailed when explaining the products and different services they offer. We finally decided to get the sectional cleaned. OMG!! when it retired, it was like a whole new couch! No spots, they cleaned the throw pillows and repaired the small hole in the arm rest. We were so thrilled , we sent our living room furniture to them when they left. Kudos to Carpet Masters in San Bernardino! I definitely recommend them! read more

I was probably the worse case scenario. Red wine throw up on my carpet and mattress. I attempted to take it off with bleach so the stain was not cute (I uploaded pictures). Talking to them on a Saturday morning and Rick was very polite and helpful. Everything was clear to me with no suprises. A week later here we are with clean carpet and mattress!!!! No more smell, no more stain and they did it quickly. During the week they can probably squeeze you in fairly soon but Saturday fill up so call a few days before. During the week I called and the young lady who helped me was also very nice and polite, I think Misty. Anyway, anything else I need I'm calling them, no doubt! read more

They were wonderful to deal with. They gave an estimate over the phone and it was less !!! Who can beat that??? The dark stain i was worried about came out. The carpet looks great :) Wanted to add: Remember to tip the guy/s read more

Totally ruined my specialty upholstery! I had to have both my sofas recovered. Damaged all four bottom covers. Broke my heart as I loved them and not as much now. Owner would do nothing about it and is dishonest. I have proof and taking him to court! I rate zero stars. This has been a nightmare! read more

The carpet techs did a pretty good job, however, my family and I were NOT pleased with the owner Matthew Jensen. During this time of Covid-19, he showed up without a mask and when we requested he put a mask on, he stated he did not know what he did with his mask. We had to hand him a disposable mask and insist that he wear it prior to continuing to clean. We also requested he wear shoe covers as he was was walking around the house in his filthy shoes, to which he refused, citing that it was against the state law due to potentially slipping and falling. We researched this and found him to be totally incorrect. During the time of this pandemic, we all need to take extra precautionary measures, and Matthew Jensen's refusal to comply is reason enough for me to advise against using this company. read more

Carpet Masters' tile and grout cleaning service was recommended to me by our contractor as an affordable way to revitalize our kitchen and bathroom flooring until we have sufficient funds for major remodeling. Matthew was very responsive, giving us a competitive estimate over the phone as well as an appointment within only a few days. We were not sure what to expect, since the tiles in our 1950s home looked dingy and dirty no matter how much we had tried to clean them ourselves, but we could not be happier with the result. Luis arrived on time and went above and beyond to ensure every area of our bathroom and kitchen tiles were cleaned thoroughly. This included multiple passes over more heavily stained areas with the cleaning equipment and scrubbing especially tough spots by hand. Luis even moved a heavy marble-topped dining table himself so he could clean under the legs. He was very accommodating of us staying at home while he worked, including my very curious 2-year-old. Despite our tiles requiring more time and work than originally estimated, Carpet Masters did not charge us a dollar more than we were quoted in their original bid. I was impressed by their professionalism and attention to detail from start to finish. read more

Received a SPAM call from Carpet Masters and when I asked them to remove me from their call list, the girl just hung up the phone. Talk about rude, I can not imagine how they treat their own customers. The call came in from 559-657-5105 (Firebaugh, CA). If you like SPAM calls, keep them on your list, I on the other hand will push this number to be blocked from everyone. read more

These guys are awesome. My sister used them to clean my loveseat when I gave it to her and it was $100 which was a tan, microfiber, large love seat. It had years of dirt and cat hair on it. These guys picked up the couch from my apartment and delivered it to her new place a few days later. When I saw it, it looked brand new! Of course when I needed my couch cleaned (matching couch) I called them. The guy on the phone was really nice, asked a lot of questions and answered all of mine. He gave me a price and said it may be less, but it won't go over $150. He let me know that they can't return it in less than a few days because they had to clean it multiple times which the couch would need time to dry each time. So, I thought about it since I could find someone to come out to the house and do it for cheaper but they'd just be cleaning it once and they wouldn't be delivering it to my new place. Just the delivery and then drop off of a couch would run $100. I like that they have a factory/warehouse thing where they take the furniture. Much better than someone who comes out with a machine. Anyway, the guys who came to get the couch were awesome. The owner called me the next day about a repair I had inquired about and explained the process in detail. I chose not to repair it at that time because I couldn't afford it but I didn't feel like he was trying to get over on me. So, a few days later they dropped off the couch and the guys were pleasant again. The couch looked amazing. The pillows were a lot more stiff which was good because, before, it felt like they were super flimsy. Oh yeah, they cleaned the 5 accent pillows as well. Anyway, I was very pleased. $150 is a lot of $ to me, but it sure beats buying a new couch! read more

We called for service for an emergency cleaning. The owner was not able to scheduled anything until late afternoon. Again, on an emergency we called another carpet cleaning company to come in ASAP, which they did. I called Dick back to cancel. He was VERY RUDE, starting yelling at me because we cancelled. I would not recommend this company who has no respect for his customers and does not act in a professional way. This company will not be earning anymore of my business. read more

I can not say how impressed I was with the outcome of my severely soiled wool rugs. Carpet Masters took the time to make sure they looked brand new again. I am returning today for a second cleaning and will only trust carpet master to any cleaning in my home. read more

Carpet Masters performed the removal of the old carpet and the installation of the new carpet in my entire house in one day. Two-men field installation crew began work at 10AM and completed work by 5PM sharp. They were respectful, diligent, methodical, systematic, professional, detail oriented and experienced in their craft. Highly organized and focused workmanship. Their pricing including material and install (carpet, padding and installation) is competitive, and the quality of installation is definitely one of the best that I have witnessed. The crew also helped me moving my heavy furniture around the house for ease of installation. They were careful with my belongings, didn't damanage anything nor soiled any existing furnishings. I purchased a high density roll carpet with high resistance to pet stains under their recommendation. The seams between the rolls were very well hemmed/adhered, the edges were immaculate. A top notch craftsmanship. If you are a perfectionst like I am, I highly recommend Carpet Masters. read more

Needed a carpet cleaning done ASAP since we were moving into our new house in a few days. Carpet masters was able to accommodate us in only 1 day notice! We wanted to find an upholsterer who would do justice to a couple of cushioned living room chairs I'd inherited from my father's estate. We found Carpet Masters in nearby San Bernardino, a full-service flooring and upholstery service. Visiting the store, we were dismayed by the appearance of the working shop - BUT examples of recently finished pieces, along with a kindly and attentive conversation with the owner, convinced us to give them a chance. I'm so glad we did! The quality of the work is excellent. The price was fair. The finished chairs are beautiful and will undoubtedly survive to be passed on to the next generation. Thank you! read more

Very happy with this service. we have a six month old Newfoundland puppy who is in a very destructive time in his life. Carpet masters repaired a bottom stair in under an hour. unfortunately, we did not have any leftover scraps of our carpet so they had to pull out carpet from one of our closets and use that to repair the stair. We had scraps of a different carpet that they installed in the closet. They did a great job on the stair and the closet. Would definitely use them again. read more

Our church had a back up in the bathrooms. I called Carpet Masters at 9:15 AM and they were here at 10:15 AM, they quoted me $170, which included cleaning the carpet and a blower to dry the backed up area, after they started working, they came back and told me, the backed up area wasn't that bad and that I didn't need a blower and charged me $145. They even mopped up the bathrooms and cleaned out a carpet stain on an area not affected by the backup. Super nice and the outcome is cleaned, smells so good and fast! read more

Don't know where to start! Finding a reputable carpet cleaner with good customer service and reasonable prices is no easy feat. After showing up an hour late, giving me an outrageous bid, and leaving the door wide open nearly letting my cats out and showing no sign of customer service or professional courtesy, I kindly asked them to leave. I honestly felt that that they had no interest in doing the work and they gave me zero confidence that I would feel comfortable having them in my home for any amount of time. The best part was when the owner called, not to find out why I canceled but to chew me out for canceling. It is hard to believe how little these small business' value customer service in a world where business' like this are going under every day. I chose this company because their website says that they have been around a while, so you would think that they have mastered such business skills as basic as showing that they care about the work they do and their customer's satisfaction. read more
