LOOK NO FURTHER - Grover is the most professional, thorough upholstery and carpet cleaner I've ever had the pleasure of hiring. He is responsive to messages, proactive, professional, and came on time for a last minute service request. I originally hired another company who tried to upsell me the moment he came into my home and said I need to pay $200 extra for a "deep clean" instead of a "standard clean". I did not hire him and got in contact with Grover through a quick Yelp search. Grover told me there is no such thing as a standard vs. deep clean and that he thoroughly cleans every carpet until it is spotless and to the customer's satisfaction. I was 100000% satisfied with his work. He scrubbed and scrubbed certain areas, and honestly the carpet looked better than when we first moved in. We also had so many stains on our couch due to kids. Grover tried his absolute best! I messaged him about the carpet in one of my bedrooms that was used as a dog room. I told him I really wanted to get the carpet cleaned, but also understood if he told me it would be a lost cause. I won't go into how bad this carpet was because it was just embarrassing, just know it was BAD! I had already had another company come and it didn't work, they told me the carpet would need to be replaced. Grover was very encouraging and communicative. He came 2 different times to clean the carpet, he even came before the second cleaning to pre treat the room. It looked, smelled, and felt leaps and bounds better than it did before. There was still just a slight lingering smell I couldn't get past. I ended up just ripping the carpet out. The crazy part is when we did and looked at the back of the carpet everywhere that Grover cleaned looked amazing! Somehow the smell just got into the cement underneath and there was no way treat it without removing the carpet. So even though we ended up removing the carpet, I still appreciate all the time and work Grover put in. (Also technically, that does mean he was able to clean the carpet).We will definitely be using him in the future for the carpet we have left lol. read more

He came into my house to look at the furniture and give me a quote. I wasn't home and stepped out for errands, My tenant let him into the backyard. He called me and gave me a very expensive quote. I told him the price was too high and that I wouldn't pay him more than $200! My tenant called me an hour later and said he was wanted to get paid!!! I was like WHAT??? So basically he started cleaning my outdoor furniture without my consent. I got back home asap and he said he wanted $450!!! I told him I never gave him OK to do so and he blamed my tenant that he gave him OK to do so which was not true!! This not the right way to treat someone like that! We agreed on $300 and he said he'd come back ti clean my mattress a bit more since the stains were not removed completely!
