We purchased our home from the previous owners, who had these floors installed by Simply Floors…read moreabout five years ago. Unfortunately, they are already falling apart throughout the house. Whether it's due to poor installation, poor-quality materials, or both, the flooring has not held up as it should for such a significant investment. Given the amount the previous owners paid, this level of durability is extremely disappointing. We now have to replace the floors much sooner than anyone should reasonably expect. We will be using a company that stands behind its workmanship and products with a warranty and quality that extends well beyond five years. Based on the condition of these floors after only five years, I would not recommend Simply Floors. A few photos below but it's all over the main floor you can tell they were not installed properly as they are all popping up. And yes I know the warranty was not transferable I just wanted to post so others know the quality to expect before making such a large investment!

I needed an estimate on carpet for a commercial property in Evergreen. Julee (the owner) called me…read moreand arranged an appointment. She provided a very fair estimate and samples but my budget was so small it was still to much to spend on a property I was improving to sell. Julee gave me an estimate to stretch and repair the carpet for a quarter of what it would have cost to replace. She provided numerous alternatives to replacing the carpet and seemed to have ample experience helping individuals with these issues. They did a great job but there were a couple of spots that needed attention after we cleaned the carpet. Julee came again to inspect the issue and sent a technician out to make the additional repairs (without additional fees). It looked so good and 100 times better than before the stretching. Julee responded quickly and efficiently to my emails, calls and texts. She was professional and assured me they would do whatever it took to make me happy. They seem to have a limited selection of carpet on the website but still plenty of options to chose from and the savings is substantial. I would totally use A cut above carpet again in my commercial properties or my house. Many Thanks to Julee and her crew!
