The rug padding provided was of poor quality, and the size was incorrect twice. This required us to cut the padding ourselves the night before our couch delivery, which was both inconvenient and disappointing. read more

Our bedroom renovation was completed with beautiful carpeting from Carpet Craft. Bashir was a pleasure to work with. Appreciated his knowledgeable recommendations on the best carpeting for the space. He was very accommodating when we had to reschedule our install date too. Chose a neutral color and we couldn't be happier with the result. It looks luxurious and feels so soft to touch. There were three carpet installers who were very efficient and respectful in our home. A+ results. Would highly recommend Bashir at Carpet Craft for any future flooring needs! read more

Terrible experience. Went in to look at laminate flooring. I told him I had looked at lumber liquidators and he immediately started ranting and yelling that if I got laminate floors from them I would get cancer. He then wished me luck and basically sent me on my way!! read more

Lovely people work there and some of the hardest working crew. the price was amazing for the quality of the carpet. it was soft and plush just like i wanted. I needed to get the hinges replaced on a noisy inside door of my house (the joys of being a new homeowner), and I got several responses from contractors across Yelp. Andrei's stood out both because it was the lowest price quote, and he had the best reviews of any other respondent. It seemed a little too good to be true, but I figured it was worth taking a chance. I'm glad I did, because Andrei IS too good to be true, and yet he exists. Excellent communication, punctual, thorough and completely self-sufficient, the hinge replacement process started off great. Then, after expertly replacing the hinges, and even sanding a bit at the base of the door where it caused the door to stick when opening and closing, he checked to see how the door opened and closed - the door was now blissfully quiet, but still stuck, and he identified the door latch and plate as needing to be adjusted. Above and beyond! The door works perfectly now, it's literally like a new door. And because the door was to my mother-in-law's bedroom, having Andrei provide this superlative service scored me a few points with her (well, at least for a few hours, until she found something else to grumble about). He also left the space clean, and was very courteous from start to finish. I am so thrilled to have found Andrei, because as a new homeowner, I am discovering fun new surprises in the house that I purchased late last year all the time. Ian scheduled an appointment the Day after our phone conversation. His team were on the job two days later, were professional, handled all aspects of the project, i.e. (removing and installing old/new floors, moving and installing appliances back in place, laying new floors, touching up molding, installing saddles) all within a week.
