If you're going to use this laundromat DON"T go Wednesday afternoons/evenings! The lady that works is named MERCEDES - short dominican lady that can't speak English; lied to me when I asked for her name & told me her name was JUANA. She yells at people & curses at them in Spanish (I'm bilingual so I know), and I usually mind my own but I will put you on blast if you try to get one up on me. I came in at 7:25 pm during a weeknight (M-Thursday last wash is at 7:30 pm) and this employee proceeded to tell me I couldn't use the machine I was placing clothes in b/c it would take 40 minutes. Even after I told her several times I wasn't drying those clothes she continued - mind you they close at 9:00 pm - so if I wanted to wash & dry I would've had enough time to do both. I would've never made this review if it wouldn't have been that I discovered she lied to me about her name! She obviously knew she was doing something she is NOT allowed to do to customers & thought that by giving a fake name I wouldn't find out! Now if I could give another review for the other employees who are FANTASTIC - Nicole & Noemi - they deserve 5 STARS!!!! Nicole & Noemi are always so helpful, kind, generous with advice and truly sweet. Nicole & Noemi know what it is to provide good customer service in a very uncomfortable environment & even joke & laugh with customers. So go wash on the days Nicole or Noemi are working - any day that's NOT Wednesday afternoon/evening & just stay away from Juana/Mercedes or whatever the liar wants to call herself.

Her competency, knowledge, and approach of service was mind-blowing. This is hard to find in any customer service genre. Esther was attentive, honest, and altruistic in helping people of all stripes. You don't find help like this ANYWHERE in this day and age. And the laundry mat itself was spotless, spacey, and workable. The coin exchange, unlike others, was easy to understand and operable. I noticed too that Esther took tender care of her machines as she did in others that needed help. To the owners of Coin-A-Magic you've got a keeper. One in a million. ~ Cullen Dorn

The laundromat was clean, comfortable, and very nice inside. The air conditioning was working wonderfully, which made waiting for my laundry much more enjoyable. The machines were easy to use, and I liked having different payment choices. My only suggestion would be to add a few larger folding tables for customers with bigger loads. Five stars for this clean, modern and easy to use coin laundromat. It's been two weeks in South…read moreFlorida since my last laundry and I found this place on a sunny Sunday afternoon. Easy parking and very presentable entrance in a busy strip mall. I had no problem converting money into a debit card. It's nice to not have to feed quarter after quarter into a machine but it does make it a bit harder to be aware of how much you're spending on laundry. One large wash went quickly (the machine has a clear countdown on it) and then the drying into three machines (because it goes faster). I then spent the next 20 minutes folding it as it dried. The machines all worked perfectly and there's plenty of room to fold. There is a television, wifi, power outlets for electronics and plenty of space to sit. The vending machines offer both laundry stuff and refreshments. When I was done, the clerk was happy to refund my debit card purchase and the remaining amount on the account. That might not be their usual policy, but I asked politely and did mention I was from out of town. [Round number review 1000 of 2024 - 1876 in Florida - 22028 overall]
