He used profanity throughout the entire installation and made several disrespectful comments. At the start, there was a miscommunication about the furniture needing to be broken down and moved from each room. Instead of discussing a solution, he immediately began complaining that it should have already been done and that it wasn't his responsibility. I explained that everyone in my household had taken the day off specifically to help move anything necessary. It wasn't until my spouse stepped in and asked that we work together on a solution that the conversation shifted. Even after a plan was agreed upon, my family and I had to continue listening to him make negative remarks about our home and belongings, including saying we had "shit everywhere" and that he didn't know what to tell the other installer because "everything was a mess." I later learned that this installer is related to someone in management, which may explain the attitude we experienced. Despite this individual's behavior, I was extremely pleased with the overall service and the final result.

Communication was poor and unprofessional, with broken promises and missed callbacks. The crew finally arrived on July 29. The tile was installed with an extremely thin grout line--something I was never asked to approve but chose to accept. They said they would return the next day to grout and then come back the following day to move the heavy furniture back, which was the agreement I had in place with their representative. Instead, they grouted the next day and replaced the furniture less than an hour later, ignoring the recommended 24-hour grout curing time. When I called the project manager, his dismissive response was, "What do you want them to do?" The crew came back to remove the furniture, clearly annoyed, and became argumentative and disrespectful in my home. One even said they used a thin grout line specifically so they could move the furniture sooner. Later, I was contacted by someone in management, Jonny Sibrian, whose tone was equally rude and condescending. I explained I was arranging a third-party inspection to ensure the tile wasn't damaged due to rushed furniture placement or the use of vinegar (an acidic cleaner that can harm uncured grout). Instead of understanding, he accused me--twice--of trying to avoid paying my bill and even made a veiled threat. I've always paid for quality work, and I fully intend to pay the balance if the job passes inspection. But the lack of professionalism, poor communication, and disrespect I experienced with this company were unacceptable. We never knew when a tech or contractor was coming and sometimes the notice that someone was coming would come the night before they came. We would go days without hearing anything and most times would not get our messages answered. This project was started mid-May and was completed in July after several reworking the grouting and disagreements on the construction flaws. Not even mentioning the pipe in the floor that they cracked and had to replace. The only time you will get on-time communication from them is when it is time to pay. If you have a discrepancy it will be addressed either days after your notifying them of the discrepancy or not at all. You will be highly disappointed if you go into business with Hanover. I really wish I could give them lower than a 1 star because they don't deserve a 1 star.

All the rugs have tags with the prices, sizes available, material, country of origin, and if it comes in other colors. There are affordable options, higher end ones, and carpets you can have custom cut and bound for your needs. There were traditional oriental designs, modern prints, and some oddballs that didn't quite belong. What was kind of cool is this store allows you to put a deposit down and take a rug home for a couple days to see if it works in your space. They also have a fair return policy for the same reason. If I had to buy a rug in the Tampa Bay area, I would hit this place up first. The guy here was way friendlier (and less desperate for a commission) than the one we ran into at the Macy's furniture place down on Gandy.
