When we first arrived, the check-out line wrapped around the checkout area and all the way down one of the main aisles of the store. Even with 4 cashiers busting their tails. Should I have visited on a Saturday? No. But ya gotta do what ya gotta do. I thought this HG had a great selection. I didn't visit all of the departments, though, because I came in for very specific items. Plus, it's hard to maneuver around carts and large groups of people throughout a store that has a lot of inventory. Our cashier was super friendly and I'll definitely come back.

Even Hobby Lobby seems to be a disappointment with their dates product along with broken, dented or scratched merchandise. Their customer service is great so I keep going there. Their picture, flower arrangements seem dated too. My first go to store is now Home Goods. Check it out you won't be disappointed. The Home Goods in Chicago and Normal were the pits and I swore I'd never go back but I am glad I did.

I hired someone to CLEAN the things I don't have the time for like showers, floors, etc. This company "cleaned" my house but didn't actually clean at all. They opened all of my blinds and maybe vacuumed parts of the floor to make it look clean. They DID NOT actually clean. They moved all my stuff around and I had to search for things that were misplaced. I wish I still had the photos from the last time they "cleaned" my house but I am sharing what I do have. I'm sure these employees have the best intentions but I rate their cleaning abilities a 0 out of 10. I can push dirt around for free.

Then one week, with no notice, no discussion, her husband called me to say that she didn't want to come to my house anymore because it was too hard. I felt crushed and ashamed. I know my house is messy. I'm disabled and really struggle. I honestly expected a price increase, which would have been fine. If I couldn't afford it, I would have seen if maybe every other week would work, etc. Instead, I just got shamed and dropped with about 5 minutes notice prior to a visit. For this reason, I would not recommend Vivi to disabled people or those who are worried about a cleaner judging them. She will judge you, and might fire you for not being clean enough.

Jimmy and Ramie are always on point with keeping a project moving and if an error is made, they're excellent at correcting it. I'd highly recommend them.
