When we called the insurance provider to double check (tip - always do this), the insurance company told us that not only had Ace Demolition stopped renewing their insurance YEARS ago, but also, the insurance document that Ace shared with us had been photoshopped! After we reached out to Ace about this, asking them to provide renewed insurance before work started, they stopped responding completely. Such a shame to try to trick people like this.

This team from front office workers to site workers are amazing at what they do. The team showed up to demo a large 2 story barn with a basement and it was down in less than 15 minutes. It took them approximately 6 hours to get everything removed and cleaned up. Heck, Dave came back the following day to knock down a mountain of dirt the next day. My camera saw him unload and go out back spread the dirt and level everything in 4 minutes. I was amazed at the work he did in such a short time. This beauty got all new windows, a 12 inch added roof overhang with a metal roof, beautiful new siding, gutters, all new wood looking soffit. Everything that you can see with your eyes was replaced. They had a cancellation so I was able to have someone come out the following day. Jeff Fry was so pleasant and helpful. Even though he was there to check out the Ac and get me a quote, he was very genuine and honest. This company isn't just trying to push you to buy something brand new. They genuinely want to help you find the best working solution for your home. He was very communicative and called to let me know he was on his way too. They were able to give me a time block that was within an hour of his arrival. I am happy I have found this company and I recommend them.
