The team is incredibly responsive and focused on doing things the right way. Took the time to ask the right questions and understand my needs. Bradlley and the Flowpoint team were super accommodating after my schedule changed and came out and fixed my sprinkler system. Our existing system had 15+ years of landscaping changes and now a new fence that didn't fit the original application. the Flowpoint folks were able to move, fix and change some of the heads for our system, including fixing a non-watered spot in the middle of our yard. Super quick, very nice and a great value. Cool logo too. read more

My experience with Bradley (Flowpoint Irrigation) has been a disappointment. The big switcheroo midway through the installation, leaving us high and dry in the middle of the installation. I have paid up front all parts and equipment and the additional parts he stated he needed after getting half way through. At this point, Bradley is nothing short of embracing con man like behavior. By reflective observation, Bradley is keen on playing on emotions with hardship drama stories. Threading stories to you to give him money before the job is complete. Our experience with Bradley out the gate was met with his car failure. He asked for financial help to get it repaired. His vehicle was impounded racking up daily charges. Instead of getting the vehicle out of impound racking up daily charges, he chose to rent daily either a U-Haul or Menards truck for his day to day jobs. Bradley asked me to financially get his car out of impound and pay for it, and then deduct it out of what I owe him. I paid for all the materials prior to the installation based on his calculations. We get midway through, and he had me pick more material as he miscalculated by several hundred dollars. After getting into the job, he admits to having an addiction to Stimulate controlled substance drugs. At this point I have purchased more material, and there is no sign of the material to be locate. Bradley disclosed that he has had countless jobs that he has not finished and he knows people are mad at him. Red flag, after purchasing all the material and purchasing even more that he stated he needed to finish. To finish up the install, he asked me pay for his truck rentals and to deduct it out of payment due. It was the only way he would be able to get to the job and other jobs he was doing for people. Bradley stuck me on material and a job half finished. Con me into paying for his truck rentals, paying for his week long vehicle impound and deliver his car to his house, all under the guise he was to complete the installation.
