We worked with Kyle for our wedding in August of 2022 and he was awesome. When we initially met, I had no solid vision for what our flowers and décor would look like yet. I barely had a color scheme. I had general ideas of what I liked and didn't like, but that was about it. Kyle was so wonderful about asking us questions to help us fine tune our decision making. Not only did he show us photos from previous clients, he went into the back and pulled flowers and greenery to actually construct example bouquets, boutonnieres, and centerpieces - that was SO helpful. He was super knowledgeable about presenting us with floral/greenery options that would give us the look we were gravitating towards AND still be resilient during a late-August wedding. Because you want the flowers to look good beyond the first hour of photo taking! We left our first meeting with him feeling grateful to have a better grasp on what we wanted our décor to look like. He quickly provided us with a very reasonable service quote and we officially booked him ASAP. A month before the wedding, I reached back out to update him on some thematic changes we had made to the overall décor and he was so very accommodating in tweaking a few of the floral selections to reflect those changes. On the day of the wedding, he showed up exactly on time to hand deliver our bouquets and boutonnieres. He also was able to set up florals at the church AND the banquet hall which were not necessarily close to each other. The arrangements were beautiful! I'm so glad we came across Kyle and am grateful for the Carousel Flowers staff in helping to make this such a memorable day. read more

Carousel Flowers did an absolutely amazing job with my wedding this past weekend! When my husband and I met with Kyle initially, we had a few broad ideas of what we wanted, but didn't really have a clue. Kyle had great recommendations after we discussed our theme/colors and provided examples of the florals/greenery he was envisioning. His expertise and talent was apparent throughout our entire meeting! We left our appointment excited to see what was to come and knew we were in good hands. On my wedding day, Kyle showed up at the hotel with all of the personal flowers (bouquets, corsages, boutonnieres) right on schedule. Everything was STUNNING when he showed me each piece. I managed to hold it together while he was still there, but became so emotional with pure joy once he left. Everything was more beautiful than I expected! I also want to shout out Kyle further for giving me permission to "blame" him for my niece (flower girl) not getting pink and purple flower petals to throw down the aisle (not in my color scheme, the petals were white based on our colors). Pre-wedding potential tantrum averted = Significantly above and beyond customer service! The venue was breathtaking between the centerpieces, flowers, and other décor provided by Carousel Flowers. I felt like I walked into a fairytale at the venue. I received so many compliments from my guests on how beautiful the décor and personal flowers were. I highly recommend Carousel Flowers for an event. Kyle and team are communicative, friendly, organized and so incredibly talented. I know I will be working with them again in the future! read more

Kyle and his staff at Carousel Flowers did the most beautiful arrangements and bouquets for my daughter's wedding last Saturday, 7/21/18. They were exactly what we had hoped for and everyone commented on how gorgeous they were. Kyle listens to your needs and is willing to offer suggestions when uncertain on details. They were on time with delivery and professional. We used Carousel when my older daughter was married in 2010 and were so happy back then with Carousel that we didn't even look in to using any other florist. Even though, Kyle was not with Carousel back then, he provided the same awesome service and always responded when we had a question for him. I would highly recommend Carousel Flowers for your wedding or any event for that matter. Once you meet with Kyle and his staff, you will see what I am telling you in this review. They went above and beyond for us and we thank them so very much for making our daughter's wedding day so beautiful and special. Use this florist!!!! We used the location in Elmhurst but I believe they have two or three other locations so don't let the location detour you from booking this florist. read more

I had seen a lot of work on social media that had been done by shamrock & loved everything they had done. After being referred to them by family, I knew this was the place to go for my wedding flowers. My first meeting with Kyle went so smooth. I didn't know the exact flowers I wanted but I did have a vision. Kyle knew exactly what I was speaking of when we met. I had a couple of photos to show him, but we talked through it all. When it was time to see a mock of my centerpieces I finally started to think all of my visions would be coming together for my special day. Although we could only see one large mock up, I was already so pleased with the work he had done. Fast forward to my wedding day & it was actually when Kyle delivered my bouquet that I got extremely emotional. It was all so perfect. Once my centerpieces were put on my tables and my decor was done for my ceremony it was everything I ever wanted and looked magical. I cannot thank Kyle and his team enough for making my venue look - and smell - wonderful. If you're looking for wedding flowers, go see Kyle! read more

Working with Kyle at Carousel Flowers was an absolute dream! From our very first phone call, Kyle's warm presence, professionalism, and incredible attention to detail made him the clear choice for our wedding florist. He was so responsive and always made me feel confident that my vision would come to life exactly as I imagined. Before the big day, we met in person and Kyle created a sample centerpiece -- such a thoughtful touch that really helped me visualize everything. It made me even more excited, and I knew we were in the best hands. When our wedding day arrived, I was completely blown away. The florals were beyond beautiful -- the quality, colors, and arrangements exceeded all expectations. Every detail was stunning and so thoughtfully done. I'm so grateful we worked with Kyle and Carousel Flowers. If you're looking for a florist who truly cares and delivers exceptional work, look no further! read more

My wife and I worked with Carousel for our big day and could not have been more thrilled with the results! Kyle did an incredible job of interpreting our preferences and thoughts on the look we were aiming for. We had some pretty specific asks for our center pieces and provided parts of them which was no issue at all. The sample that we were shown prior to the event was no less perfect than those delivered the day of, it was clear they put a great deal of effort even into that. The boutonnieres were perfect, and the bridesmaids bouqets were beautiful, but my wifes bouqet was a whole other story. It was an absolutely stunning piece of art with every detail anyone could ever ask for. We gave a lot of freedom on the actual designs for our pieces and would never change that. We absolutely recommend working with Kyle and Carousel for your event! read more

I had a wonderful experience with Carousel and Kyle for my September wedding. He was organized, thoughtful and able to take my ideas and create a dream. He was available to answer questions as I needed him, and I was so pleased with his customer service. I trusted his skill and expertise on the areas were I needed guidance. He did the flowers for my outdoor wedding ceremony and then allowed us time for photos before moving pieces over to the restaurant to decorate there. The banquet room took my breath away! He scattered my tealights with rose petals and used the floral pieces to decorate the head table and has a wonderful sense of style - everything looked so elegant! The bouquets were fresh and stunning and the floral pieces held up days after the event. I highly recommend this floral shop! Thank you Kyle and Carousel! read more

Kyle and his team were incredible! I am not originally from the area and luckily found Carousel through a quick internet search. As someone who knows nothing about flowers I trusted Kyle's guidance. And I am so glad I did! He really took the time to go over options with me and understand the look I was hoping for. The week before the wedding I called and asked to add some additional pieces and it was no problem. There were a million other things I worried about in the days leading up to the wedding. Our flowers and decor were not on that list. When I saw the finished product walking into our space I was stunned. It was everything I had hoped it would be and created the most romantic and intimate setting for our microwedding. I look forward to working with Kyle and his team for all my future needs. read more

We used Carousel for our wedding because they did a fantastic job at my sisters wedding and once again they knocked it out of the park! They were affordable and really elevated our event space. We were able to trust the team to work their magic for our wedding day. We gave them a vision for the colors and then they ran with it, making every detail for the event perfect (they even helped pick out the color scheme for the rest of the wedding at our request, we wanted everything to look cohesive). The communication, professionalism, and overall artistry was amazing. And their team came back at midnight to pick up all the rentals so we did not have to worry about a thing! I will shout from the rooftops how much I loved working with Kyle & the Carousel team!! 10000/10 recommend! read more

We are so grateful to have had Carousel Flowers be part of our wedding day. We were absolutely blown away by the flowers and décor! The bouquets were even more beautiful than I could have imagined, and walking down the aisle and seeing the altar pieces was such a special moment. They were stunning, and we couldn't stop admiring them throughout the ceremony. The reception decorations were also out of this world, and we have received so many compliments from our guests. Beyond how beautiful everything was, Carousel Flowers was reasonably priced, easy to work with, and made the entire process so fun and enjoyable from start to finish. The whole Carousel Flowers team truly outdid themselves and helped make our wedding day feel so beautiful and memorable. Highly recommend! read more

We used Carousel Flowers for our wedding and they did an unbelievable job! Kyle listened to our requests and offered great cost saving suggestions that helped me stay within my budget, but also get the exact look I was hoping for. He and his team even created a sample centerpiece for us to approve prior to my wedding, something that no other florists we met with even suggested doing. My flowers were even better than I had anticipated! Our flowers were delivered on time and Carousel decorated both the church and reception venue exactly as I had requested. I didn't have to worry about a thing, which was a huge relief during the stress of planning a wedding. I highly recommend Carousel Flowers because of our experience. read more

Carousel Flowers was absolute perfection! The whole team was wonderful to work with and they went above and beyond to make my day special. My ceremony location was very plain but they made a stunning arch and decorated it with pedals and candles to make it look so romantic and beautiful. We received so many compliments about how gorgeous the flowers were. Kyle and his team were very accommodating. My mom wanted to add a charm of my grandmother into my bouquet and he made sure to add that in there a week prior to my wedding. I cannot thank them enough for every single detail and hard work they put into my arrangements to make everything look exactly how I envisioned. I HIGHLY recommend using them for any upcoming event!! read more

Carousel flowers was amazing every step of the way. As a referral from a previous bride, they were our first choice for flowers for our wedding. After my initial meeting with Kyle, the decision was easy. He was very helpful and his team designed beautiful bouquets and centerpieces. Kyle took care of all of the delivery, set up, and take down at the hotel, church, and reception. My cascading bouquet made with orchids was more beautiful than I could have imagined and received tons of compliments! The same went for the bridesmaid bouquets and centerpieces. My wedding flowers and decor were perfect! The prices were incredibly reasonable and I would definitely recommend Carousel to future brides! read more

Carousel flowers created a beautiful array of fall flowers for my daughter's wedding in October. Even though we were dealing with a limited budget, Kyle listened carefully to what we envisioned and made many helpful suggestions, including using the Unity Candle from the church as the main floral arrangement on the Bridal Table. From the vases of flowers to the pew bows & roses to the bouquets, everything was perfect! As an added bonus, Kyle offered to come to the church to set up everything himself- which, according to the wedding coordinator - is rare. He showed up right on time the day of the wedding and went to work. In view of our experience, I highly recommend Carousel Flowers! read more

Kyle was wonderful to work with! I emailed him on a whim, not knowing what I wanted and after one call with us, he had developed a vision for our wedding. He met with us in person to walk through and show us the flowers he was thinking of and it fit with the feel of our wedding so well. Everything was executed flawlessly on the day of the event. He made sure that I wasn't allergic to any of the flowers he brought and his staff was so patient with our last minute changes, working with us and our venue manager to work around unplanned changes and walking our coordinator through everything that needed to be done once he and his team left for the day. Thank you so much! read more

I used Carousel Flowers for my wedding in January and was very happy! Kyle was great to work with and prompt with returning my emails. He was great at showing me pictures of flowers that I could potentially use and asked me many useful questions that helped them get to know my style. My husband and I ordered our bouquets, boutineers, and corsages here and I love them all. Kyle suggested some personal touches like wrapping my bouquet with the trimmings of my wedding dress. I loved it. My bouquet blew me away and I kept looking at it and telling people how much I loved it all day. I highly recommend using them for your floral needs! read more
