Carousel Flowers went above and beyond to make our wedding perfectly decorated! We worked with Kyle on our wedding order and he was so easy to work with, responsive, punctual and made what we imagined come to life. From our initial meeting with Kyle, we were confident that he'd deliver - he understood exactly what we wanted and gave us some great suggestions. We are more than happy with how our centerpieces and all other decor turned out. We got so many compliments on our arrangements. The flowers were fresh and smelled amazing. We would 100% recommend Carousel Flowers. They are experienced and will make your wedding day perfect. read more

My dentist's receptionist recommended them. They were extremely kind and made a stunning bouquet within my not so big budget. The wait was not long either. Amazing service and very cute shop. read more

My daughter was married 11/18/17. Kyle was her contact. The flowers blew us away!!!!! They used so many unusual & different flowers from anything we had ever seen. The understated groomsmen flowers, gorgeous bridesmaids bouquets, the church flowers (the minister had never seen such beautiful flowers in all his years doing weddings!), reception arrangements & finally my daughter's bouquet were far beyond anything we expected. Kyle, you were an amazing person to work with & will recommend you to everyone we know!!!!!!! Thanks again for making our day so special. read more

Carousel Flowers did an amazing job for my wedding on 2/23/19. I found Carousel flowers just through a web search and saw they had great reviews. When I went in to meet with Kyle I was very impressed with how organized and thorough he was. I was confident from the start he understood my wedding vision and would execute everything perfectly. The wedding day arrived and Kyle and his team arrived early and the flowers were better then I could of imagine. I wanted a lot of texture and greenery with only a few pops of white flowers and that was exactly what I received. I would recommend Carousel Flowers for all floral needs. read more

Cannot say enough good things about this florist! Not only were the flowers I ordered absolutely gorgeous, my sister had been discharged from the Assisted Living Facility without telling me, and I live in Alaska! Carousel not only told me she had been discharged (after they attempted to deliver), they made arrangements to re-deliver the flowers to my sisters home the next day, for free! How amazing is that! When you are literally thousands of miles away it pays to reach out to a local florist to purchase and deliver, because you are treated like a valued customer, not just an order that came across the internet. Thank you Kelly at Carousel Flowers by Shamrock Garden Florist in Elmhurst, for going above and beyond you rock! read more

I used carousel flowers for my winter wedding and I was very satisfied. They worked with me to ensure I was happy with the look of the bouquets and that they could keep it within my price range. This was a very stress free process and myself and my bridesmaids were very happy with the way all flowers turned out. read more

Karen and her crew did a phenomenal job on my wedding flowers. I will update with pictures soon. She made my ceremony beautiful and everyone loved my centerpieces, which were all taken home. I couldn't have asked for a better florist to work with. She was confident in what her design would look like and I trusted her judgment completely. I would recommend anyone to use her for any floral needs, you will not be disappointed! read more

If they would have gotten it right the first attempt I would have gone with 5 stars. When my initial order failed to match the picture, they made things right the next day. Overall quality was really good and the fact they fixed their mistake says a lot. read more

Dealt with Kyle. Extremely professional, fast and efficient. Highly recommend!

We worked with Kyle for our wedding 6/25/16 and it was a great experience - would definitely recommend! I did a lot of investigating and met with 4 or 5 other vendors (a few florists and a few private vendors) and decided Carousel in Elmhurst was the best match for our budget, style, etc. They delivered everything on time and the bouquets were beautiful. The arch was a bit expensive but totally necessary (and worth it) and it was set up for us on our big day. read more

I ordered flowers this morning to be delivered locally. I picked this florist based on other yelp reviews and the fact that it was very reasonably priced. I called to ask if they could accommodate a delivery in he early afternoon. (They state on their site that they can't guarantee delivery time). The gentleman I spoke to was very nice and accommodating. The flowers arrived on time and were absolutely beautiful! I will definitely use them again and highly recommend! read more

Karen did an amazing job with my wedding flowers! The consultation was quick and easy but I left feeling like she "got" what I was looking for; plus she worked well within my budget. When the flowers arrived I was blown away by how perfect they were! I recommend Karen and her team to any bride. read more

Kyle was great when it came to the planning process and with the wedding day. He is very knowledgeable when it comes to flowers and what looks good. I completely trusted him with all of his thoughts on what to do to make our flowers perfect. The centerpieces that he created for our wedding were stunning. Everything throughout the day was honestly seamless. When it came to the planning, and what we wanted for our wedding, Kyle made it easy. I love how Carousel flowers does not do any sort of packages. Rather, we were able to tell Kyle what we did and did not want. You can tell that this vendor's goal is not to get you spend as much money as you can, but rather, they help you decide what to include or cut out to work with your budget. I would highly recommend Carousel Flowers as a vendor. They are professional, easy to work with, reliable, and amazing at what they do! This is one of those vendors you will not have to worry about the day of your big event. They have you covered!! read more

Kelly from Carousel did our wedding yesterday at McCormick & Schmick's in Oak Brook. She did an AWESOME job! If anyone has eaten at McCormick & Schmick's and is familiar with the back patio area it is a pretty run of the mill restaurant patio. The view of the water and the food is what made it attractive for our wedding. Kelly took a run of the mill patio and made it into a wonder fall outdoor wedding! The flowers were vibrant, and stayed that way the whole time! I have one of my arrangements at home currently and it looks wonderful! Kelly did a great job , she took time with us in the shop to explain and show us options. She was very resourceful and creative! Would recommend Carousel to anyone! read more

I ordered flowers this morning to be delivered locally, for a funeral service. I picked this florist based on yelp reviews, and let me tell you I was not disappointed. Called from out of state to avoid one of those awful 1-800/FTD type experiences I've had with sending flowers in the past. The person who took my order was fantastic, very clear and helpful. I needed to send flowers to a nearby hospital before my friend was discharged and they delivered in all ways I had hoped for. My friend was so happy with the arrangement and teddy bear and the experience couldn't have been better. I hope to not be sending flowers to any Chicagoland hospitals anytime soon, but if I will I'll be using Carousel. read more

Carousel Flowers did all the flowers for my July 20th wedding. I worked with Kyle and he was beyond amazing! I had no idea what I really wanted for my flowers, but Kyle gave me so many different ideas and had so much knowledge on what would look beautiful that day. Also any last minute add-ons we needed Kyle responded quickly and was able to do it. On my wedding day, Kyle took care of everything (and I mean everything) and our reception looked like it came out of a dream. We had so many compliments about how the flowers brought so much beauty and glam to our reception. We couldn't thank Kyle and Carousel Flowers for all their hard work and giving us the wedding of our dreams. read more

We hired Carousel Flowers for our wedding on 10-21-17 after hearing from a friend about their services and reading reviews online. I can honestly say, of all the money we spent for the wedding, that we got the most bang for our buck from Carousel Flowers! The centerpieces Kyle and the team designed for us were absolutely GORGEOUS! We had a rather large wedding (approx. 360 people) and we had a very large venue to fill. The centerpieces were the focal point of our decor. Kyle was unbelievably helpful and flexible with throughout the entire process. He didn't try to oversell us anything. He was honest and laid out all our options on the table. He gave us 3 different centerpieces options and allowed us to play around with the number we wanted of each. Each of them was unique and beautiful. This was extremely helpful because we wanted to have beautiful flowers but also stay within a reasonable budget. He helped us prioritize our needs and helped us see how we could get the most bang for our buck. He promised us beautiful arrangements and boy did he deliver! Kyle was able to designed eye-catching centerpieces with fresh flowers and the quality of everything was superb. Not only did we stay within our budget but we didn't have to compromise anything we wanted nor the quality to get it! I absolutely recommend Carousel Flowers to anyone who is looking for an experienced florist, quality work, and gorgeous arrangements all at a very reasonable price! read more

Amazing! I've ordered flowers from Carousel twice now, and both times the flowers went above and beyond my expectations. Their designers really listen and care. Most recently, to make sure the colors and style matched perfectly, I was encouraged to send a photo over my phone. What a great idea! Of course, the flowers were on point and made the occasion very special. read more

I used them for my father in laws funeral. The flowers were delivered to another part of the church where another funeral was going on. When I called them and told them to have them moved to the chapel, they told me to get them myself as it was too far away for them. One of the floral arrangements was inside the casket and they wanted me to go get it ! Thankfully my funeral director went for them. They never called to apologize. So I called them a week later. Their response was that they didn't know there were 2 funerals going on at the same time so it wasn't their fault. read more

They stayed open late on a Saturday during a snow storm to make sure my 11 year old daughter would receive her corsage for her Daddy daughter dance. I'm so grateful! This is the first review I have ever posted I was so impressed! A true hometown business. Who operates like that anymore? And I have not needed to purchase flowers in years. They didn't know me from Adam. And the corsage, BEAUTIFUL! THANK YOU CAROUSEL OF ELMHURST! A CLASS ACT!! read more

My boyfriend ordered flowers from here for me for Valentine's Day. The flowers were beautiful, but on the way over they had tipped and soaked the bear that was with them. The driver had apologized, so that was enough for me. My boyfriend wanted to let them know what happened, and to apologize they sent over a gorgeous vase of flowers. I would definitely use them again!!! They have fantastic customer service! read more

I love carousel and have never had anything short of an exceptional experience here. They go above and beyond to make sure that the customer is accommodated. This was my first time using this flower shop in Elmhurst. I called to order flowers for a funeral (same day), and rather than pick an arrangement from a set of pictures online, we discussed the flowers they had available, colors to use, and how I wanted it to look. I asked if they could text me a picture of the finished product, which they did, and it was beautiful. Great customer service, beautiful flowers. I would definitely use this florist in Elmhurst again. read more

This is the first time I ordered flowers from Carousel. I am more than happy when I saw the funeral flower I ordered from them at the funeral home this afternoon. They looked just like what I saw on their website. Carousel used a lot of big flowers than green , not like other flower shops I had ordered from in the past. I am definitely agreed with all the other positive reviewers!!!!! I am glad I found a local flower shop that I can go to from now on:-) read more

I just received a floral arrangement for Valentine's Day today and it was BEAUTIFUL!! Thank you!!

After 30+ years of "shop local" loyalty, the failure of my Valentine's Day roses to be delivered was a disappointment. Unfortunately, the service recovery promise to deliver them the following morning got lost amidst higher priorities, too. Consequently, this customer has only "it's the thought that counts" as his Valentine's Day surprise for his wife. Have to give careful consideration to a second chance. read more
