I was curious how good Caroline's Cookies would be compared to a Crumbl (which I'm not a fan of.) CC is much more authentic and worth the price than other cookie companies! It's thick and not too sweet but still hits the spot. When you walk in, be prepared to order more than you came for, because the baking-cookies aroma will draw you in! Each young lady working was nice, bubbly, and attentive. It is a super small space, so a few people crams it up. And trust me, more than a few people will be there even before 11Am! I'm excited for the Bocage location to open and have more sweet cookies!

No line at lunch time! These lady were stocked and ready for battle. It's a small inside with a few bar chairs but the graphics and ac is great. I am not a fan of chunky cookies (uncooked center) but the flavor is amazing.

Caroline's Cookies is now my go to place for cookie cakes too! Ordering is super easy and quick on their website. I will definitely be using them for all my cookie cake needs.

Please please be mindful of what time you visit, as the popular flavors sell out very fast. I came on a Sunday at about 1pm (they open for 11am) and all the chocolate chip was sold out. As for the cookies, they are extremely doughy which they make clear. The best flavor from the cookies I ordered was the key lime by far. I just think that for the amount of cookie that you have and the consistency, they need more of the cream cheese topping. The customers choice was birthday cake Oreos, sprinkles, marshmallows, with a cookies and crème buttercream on top. It was interesting to try for sure! I don't think the flavors were super complimentary, but the buttercream was really good. The sugar/vanilla cookie was my least favorite and I felt it lacked flavor. I do want to get the opportunity to try the chocolate chip though.

Placed an order for a cookie cake and they said it would be ready for pickup at 11:00. Was indeed not ready for that time.

And fish-shaped taiyaki or bunggeobang pastries that feature custard or red bean filling--warm and sweet with a crispy exterior. The ube cookies were the only items that didn't blow my mind as the ube flavor was lost amongst the food coloring and white chocolate chips. The ube ice cream however was solid, with a mild and lightly sweet earthy flavor similar to taro or matcha. 8/10 recommend especially if you've never had bingsu or ube. My favorite was definitely the fish-shaped pastries, a very impressive replication of the Asian street snacks sold in the wintertime.

We came here for the White Light Night so service was a little slower than what I can imagine is normal for them, but it is such a wonderful experience inside the store that we didn't mind waiting for our food and treats! It has such a magical inside and I just loved it. It's a wonderful place to hang out and chat with friends or family! The rose milk tea was not my favorite but it was alright. I also got a custard stuffed taiyoki that isn't pictured and it was DELICIOUS just watch out for hot custard burns!
