Our table locked in on the birria and bison lettuce wrap tacos, and there were no regrets. The best birria tacos anyone had had (we had a few connoisseurs). There were many raves about the sauce in the lettuce wraps as well. Rounding out the top 3 tacos was the carne asada with an absolutely killer tomatillo sauce that I could have put a straw in if I wouldn't be judged.
