These were the size of a half dollar coin. This was "family style dining". There wasn't even enough for us to each have one.

This is our second time on the Breeze. Both times the beds are terribly uncomfortable. The ship is definitely showing it's age, it's time for a facelift! Carpets and upholstery are looking very beat up. Our first time on the Breeze in 2017, the food was great, this trip it was subpar from what anyone would expect on a cruise. Small portions, temperature of foods was way off. Carnival needs to pull it together. If you're short staffed, sell less tickets per ship. Cursing is about the experience, not the fullness of the ship.

This was my first Cruise and it was Great! The food and the drinks was delicious. Everyone was so friendly and the boat was beautiful. My steward Jenny kept our Cabin clean and made beautiful towel animals. The food in the MDR was good. One waiter Sebastian went the extra mile for us. The Cruise Director Alex kept things lively and upbeat. Loved it!

Carnival Lines is commonly known as the Walmart of seas, which might be one of the reasons I like their Carnival Breeze. As a Dream Class cruise ship the accommodations, food offerings and amenities are all exceptional at a price less than the other lines owned by Carnival such as Cunard, Holland America, Princess, etc. But what I really like about it is that it's a true party boat. Aboard the Breeze there is always a good sail away party and unlike any Holland America ship the cruisers tend to be younger and more fun as a group. But I would suggest that you only cruise while public schools are in session or you may find yourself caught with a lot of rather loud and annoying children.

Thank you again Munir for you sweet and kind hospitality.

My favorite waiter was Munir, he's been working the cruise line for 17 years and definitely knows how to treat his guest. It's like he read our minds when we needed something. I enjoyed talking with him and getting to know his back ground and his family. He was a wonderful man and I hope to see him again in the future. Until then Munir, take care.

You've got to admit, sailing through the seas is a pretty bad arse thing! It makes me think of how the great explorers like Magellan and Columbus would set sail these great oceans for weeks and months at a time and they werent even on any fancy luxury cruise liners. Anywho, just returned from an amazing family vacation aboard the Carnival Breeze. Overall I had a great experience but I will list the pros and cons for a more concise review. Pros: The food was excellent. Guy Fieri burgers were delish. Continental breakfast delivered to my cabin every morning. Service. Their gratuity is already included and they still go the extra mile to making you feel at home and comfortable for the next 8 days. Cleanliness. The ship was impeccably clean at all times and you can see that they go through a great deal to make that a priority. The comedy shows and performers. The ports of call. Aruba, curaçao, grand turks, la Romana. The shore excursion options and pricing. The balcony in our cabin The Jacuzzis on deck 5 and adults only deck. Kids waterpark and slides. Camp carnival for the kids The cruise director was really engaging. Cons: Ship feels way too crowded. It feels like most of the ship is cabins and there arent enough places to hold everyone. Every show felt crowded. If you went to the performance show then you were late for the comedy show that was on the other side of the ship and then you had to stand to watch the show. The cabins felt really tiny The crowd aboard the ship consisted mostly of families and kids but there were still some sketchy people aboard and a fight even broke out in the dining room. I know this is beyond the cruise line's control. The 2 pools were way too tiny felt packed and gross. Promenade deck was small with hardly any shops. The entertainment on the ship sometimes was not very fun. I do recommend going on the ship because of the ports of call but do your research. I had a great time besides the cons and PRO TIP: be sure to get your balcony cabin on the even side. You will see every port as you arrive! Very beautiful.

Three and a half. I'll try to be brief. You'll have a great experience long as you manage your time and your wallet accordingly. The check in process was sluggish. It was a lot worse than dealing with your average airport. It took almost an hour to add cash to my carnival card. The first agent was not able to do the cash transaction due to not having access so he had us go to another agent who did have access but didn't seem to know how to process it on the computer. Long story short, the second agent had to get a manager to help her add the cash, we ended up having to go to guest services inside the ship to complete the process, lesson here, have a credit card handy next time... smh! Let's cover the three stops before getting into everything else: First stop: Ocho Rios: Go for the dunns river but don't do it via carnival unless you wanna get ripped off, get a cab, negotiate a price, and have them take u out for the full day. You will safe plenty of cash this way. The dunn's river was a nice time. If you don't have someone taking pics or video of the experience, they will sell you a dvd at the end of the tour for $40. It's a decent dvd, yet based on the quality and duration its overpriced imo. Second stop: Cayman Islands: Not my favorite but still a solid stop. I enjoyed the beach, water was sky blue and refreshing. Everything is super expensive though. The lines to embark were a nightmare. If you must see the Cayman Islands, spend the entire stay at 7 mile beach, you are sure to enjoy yourself. If on a budget, try to get a public bus they'll charge you $2.50 from the port to the beach, you may even get lucky like we did and catch a cab for the same price by just asking. Third stop: Mexico Cazumel. This was the most ideal stop for shopping. There is nothing but shops within a ten mile radius. A cab will run you $25 for the full day, so try to make the most of your time, it's easy to get caught up in the shopping and miss out on everything else that Cazumel has to offer. Our original plan was to do a little shopping, get a tour of the ruins, and end it with a stop at the beach, we only got to shop and grab lunch. Learn the hustle cause the shops will try to play you. So my overall experience... This ship has a little bit of everything, it's massive. Only flaw if any was how challenging it was getting around the ship. You might wanna take a day or so to familiarize yourself with a ship this size. Would've been good to see signs to help guide you in the right direction. But again, it's a great ship, with plenty of entertainment and great restaurants. If you're a drinker, sign on to the Cheers program, you may think you can do without, but by the end of the week it'll make sense. One thing I didn't like though was how the Bartender's don't acknowledge you when they see you waiting (The laguna bar at the lido & the casino bar offered better service). If not for the balcony, our room would've been just average and boring. The balcony is a must, you can't beat the view. Once you try it for the first time it's hard to go without it on future cruises. Beds were comfortable, I slept surprisingly well the entire trip so that was a big plus. I didn't like the fact that the mini fridge is stocked with alcoholic beverages for purchase. I prefer to use my cheers card while I'm outside the ship and use the fridge for my own use (water, desserts, snacks, etc). The Restaurants for the most part were fantastic. The sapphire offered a new menu every night with dishes like the flat iron steak, kale salads, lobster, stripe bass, to name a few. one of my favorite restaurants was guy's burger, they served an outstanding burger. The adults only section on the serenity deck was a nice spot to chill and spend some quiet time. I do wish they would crank up the heat on the whirlpools though. The entertainment was fun, they had bingo, liquid club was jammin (some nights), the piano bar was packed every single night though not my type of hype. The comedy club was a lot of fun. I must have gone about three times. The Internet was spotty. But for the price I felt it was well worth it. The $60 package did just fine. Make sure to use the carnival hub to stay up to date with what's happening on the ship. Be aware that Carnival will charge you a service gratuity fee on your card, so don't be surprised when u see a $72 charge around the halfway mark of your vacation. Take your time getting out. If you must check a bag, keep in mind you might wait an hour to pick them up at the end of your trip. We learned this the hard way. My final thoughts. I enjoyed my cruise very much and I would certainly go again. I do hate that carnival wants to nickel and dime their customers though (especially on the photos). If you take the cruise, make sure to have a game plan early. Get loose, have fun, and enjoy the islands, it's a cruise for goodness sake.

This is a very good cruise ships but it seems that making it fast has raised the amount of rocking. This seems especially true when traveling at faster speeds which makes getting around difficult for some and sleeping can be challenging at times. Rooms are a nice size and nicely decorated with everything you need. We had a balcony room with very nice views. Unfortunately the bed was uncomfortable and announcements came over the loud speaker as early as 6am. Are they nuts??? The sapphire dining room was very good with very few misses. The buffet was a huge disappointment with pretty much the same food for breakfast and lunch every day. The saving graces are the micro buffet which serve, pizza, indian, and mexican food. Guy Fieri's burger joint was awesome and I highly suggest The Ringer. BBQ is available sea days and very tasty. Cocktails were ok but should have been awesome for $8-12 a pop. Also bartender mixology knowledge was very limited. The shows pretty much sucked with the exception of the juggling act and hypnotist. The two stand up comedians in the comedy club were very funny. The piano bar was aweful, the guy couldn't sing. Shopping was ok, bought a few things. The pool was so so so small. Smallest I ever seen on a ship and gets crowded fast. The water park is so much fun. All in all it was a good experience but Carnival ship lacks the finer touches found on other lines like Celebrity, Royal Caribbean, and Princess.

My first family vacation with my parents , grandma, and fiancé! We loved every part of our cruise! We sailed on the 8 days Eastern Caribbean itinerary from March 16-24. We were able to check in right at Miami airport. We bought the airport to port transfer service which was extremely convenient and hassle free. Highly recommended over renting a car. We were able to skip the line when we arrived at the port and went straight through security. We arrived around 12:30 in which our rooms weren't ready yet. We brought along our luggage to the buffet on deck 10 and ate for about 2 hrs. The food selection was great. I think I gained 2 lbs just from my first lunch. The Guy Fieri burger and fries taste just like the ones from Five Guys. The blue iguana had burrito just like chipotle with the additional selections of shrimp and jalapeño tortilla. They even had a salsa bar next to it. Aside from these two of my fav, their thin crust pizzas were amazing. Just the right amount of sweetness in their pizza sauce. The buffet theme changes daily. My fiancé loved the Mongolian wok. We also tried the pasta bar upstairs but wasn't too big of a fan (everything was just overtly salted). Loved the 24 hr self served ice cream (something to consider Royal Caribbean). I also loved the c side bbq. The porkanator sauce on those pulled pork along with the bean and creams corns are to die for. I also enjoyed their afternoon tea where they push a cart of assorted sweets my fav being their scones, macarons, and egg tart! The dining rooms are gorgeous. We had my time dining and got really lucky on the first night being seated with our main server Taras. We decided to ask for him on every subsequent night. He quickly learned about my Tabasco love and began automatically placing them at my seat before our arrival. It was as intimate as dining with a scheduled seating time. The only thing missing from this cruise was that they took away midnight Mexican! They introduced punchline brunch on sailing dates which was a Treat! However on port days, the sit down brunch sucks, worse than upstairs buffet with much slower services. i miss their yummy cinnamon French toast, now they are just greased bread. They still have chocolate extravaganza on the last sea day. They also have midnight snacks such as hot dogs (my fiance usually grab 3 each night), buffalo chicken sandwich, brownies and cookies. All in all I was impressed by the food on this cruise! Better than last years Carnival Dream and Royal Caribbean Mariner of the Sea. We enjoyed the shows each night but they def cut back on their productions. We weren't impressed by any of the singers or dancers. Sounded more like on stage karaoke. 2 of the comedians performed the same exact material from a year ago. But still enjoyable to see! My dad, fiancé and I tried their brand new sky course. I'm terrified of height but had an amazing time going thru the course. We also played on the mini golf course and ping pong station. We got to enjoy almost all the amenities on this cruise. They really implemented the 40 mins claiming chair rule. We saw staff coming around takin away towels and placing down stickers as warnings. All in all, My family, fiancé and i really loved our time on this cruise. it's been a week since our return, i still am too terrified to step on the scale lol. We are curious to see the third ship of this class and can't wait to our next cruise! Until next year!

Are we all going to jail????

Fudge, this sucks! I will never go on this cruise liner again! They line you up like criminals, in the heat! I paid to go to my room after a long flight and I have to deal with your stuff! Check in, hell, customs, hell, service, hell..... fudge this stuff! No more! Don't go!

Sheesh!! I need a vacation from this cruise! I did some of everything and went some of everywhere, even a few spots I wasn't supposed too. I must admit, I truly enjoyed myself. My voyage was a 6 day to Grand Turk, Ocho Rios, Jamaica and Nassau, The Bahamas. Grand Turk was simply, a beach day. I got my "Welcome to Grand Turk" photo op on. And enjoyed, watching the "booty-shaking, obstacle course-musicial chair contest" at Margaritaville. I've cruised to Nassau before, so not much excitement this go round, getting off at port. However, I took full complete advantage of riding the Waterslides during this stop. I must've rode once for aleast 50 folks. WeeeeeeeeeeeeWooooooooooo!!! I had a blast!!! I'm sure, I have satisfied my inner child until mid-July. While in Ocho Rios, I adventured on the Cobaya Gardens/Dunn's River Falls excurison. Two words, GREAT FUN!!! As for the ship...BRAVO!!! My week was full of activities, I don't even remember sleeping. I was ALWAYS doing or seeing something. From dancing on the Lido Deck, (I didn't miss not one shindig, lol) to chatting with the Staff while folks were asleep in the wee hours. I attended every theater show, karaoke session, wine tasting, trivia game, I lived in the Thrill Ride Theater. I even attended an stranger's, now new acquaintance, wedding. Talk about a GOOD TIME!! Many more highlights, but, I'll stop. I'm starting to feel sad. Wouldn't you know it, back home....my cellphone or television has no room service. Bummer! :( I wasn't impressed AT ALL by Guy's Burger Joint. *shrugs* and some of the dining room food wasn't as good as before. Extra Positive.....My temporary waitstaff was EXCELLENT!!! Oh, how I miss Jefferey, he kept our dining room table on point. And, my Room Steward, Tri, is just the kindest of them all! I wish these two men many, many, many blessings. I hope I have the pleasure of crossing paths with them again, on any future cruise. Countdown until next MAJOR cruise......Nov. 2015, Quantum of The Seas. That thang is MASSIVE!!!!

Best Cruise I've ever been on and I've been on 10. Cruise Director Matt Mitcham makes the vacation even more pleasurable by partaking in the many events that the cruise has to offer on a day to day basis. The Carnival Breeze offers many pleasurable amenities to entertain people of all ages. There are many shows offered through out the day, there's a Casino in the middle of the boat, there are pools in different sections of the boat to cater to if you want to lay on the sun deck or hide away on a hidden Hot tub on Deck 5. There is all sorts of food available, throughout the day, (you'll never starve). There is also a gym to burn off all that food you'll eat throughout the day, as well as a spa to relax after a long day of excursions. And later on at night there is dinner and comedy shows to fill your stomach and leave you laughing before bed.

DISCLAIMER: Let me just start off by saying that I am a veteran cruiser -- the Carnival Breeze is my ninth cruise in total and my seventh cruise with Carnival -- so this review is from someone who has lots of experience with cruising and therefore several other cruises to compare this one to. CRUISE DETAILS: I attended this cruise from 08/29/15 to 09/06/15, eight days in total, embarking and disembarking from Miami, FL with three sea days and four port days. The ports were Grand Turk, La Romana in the Dominican Republic, Curacao, and Aruba. EXCURSIONS: 1) Grand Turk: We did an island tour of Grand Turk, which we found to be mediocre because there isn't much to see on the island. Driving around the island takes only an hour in total, and we stopped near a restaurant for a local meal and time at the beach. The local meal consisted of fried fish croquettes, fried chicken, white rice, and a fried plantain. I didn't eat the chicken since I am pescatarian, but the fish croquettes with rice were pretty good, so I enjoyed that. The beach was small, although the water was a gorgeous turquoise blue and clear. RECOMMENDED? No, I would not recommend this excursion. Instead, I would recommend staying near the port and have drinks and play in the pool at Margaritaville. 2) La Romana (Dominican Republic): We did the Taino Indian Caves and La Romana city tour through La Romana where we first stopped at a local market, only to be harassed by locals to buy items, and then we were taken to the Taino Indian Caves, also known as La Cueva de las Maravillas (Cave of Wonders), which is an immense cave with over 800 meters of underground labyrinths, 240 of which have been lit to highlight geological formations. This was my favorite part of the tour because I love natural wonders like caves, forests, and mountains, and this cave was so much fun to explore. After the cave tour, we were then taken into the grounds to look at some incredible lizards ranging from two feet all the way to four and five feet long. RECOMMENDED? Yes! The caves and the lizards definitely made this a fun excursion to take part in. 3) Curacao: We did the ostrich farm tour in Curacao, which was probably my favorite excursion of the cruise. Just a warning though, this excursion attracts children, so if you don't like being surrounded by little ones for four straight hours, this is an excursion to stay away from. We were brought to the farm to look at ostriches of all shapes and sizes, and we even got to feed an ostrich! After spending time at the farm, we were brought to a local artist's workspace to view the artwork -- this part of the tour was mehh -- I think the tour can do without this. RECOMMENDED? Yes! This tour is perfect for animal lovers and families with children. 4) Aruba: We did a city tour with beach excursion at Aruba. Aruba is the most developed country we visited on our cruise, so the city tour had a lot to offer. My favorite part was the beach excursion because oh my goodness, the beaches are absolutely gorgeous! Powdery white sand, turquoise blue clear waters, light waves in the ocean, and plenty of water sports to have fun with. The jet ski is harder to use that it looks though! RECOMMENDED? Yes! This tour would suit everyone. PROS: - Friendly staff: We really enjoyed interacting with our servers in the dining room, the staff who cleaned our rooms everyday, and the various staff in the gift shops who made great deals with us for jewelry - High quality performances: There were three singing and dancing performances in the theater throughout the cruise, and they were definitely Cirque du Soleil worthy with cool water stunts and stage acrobats, and the costumes were stunning. CONS: - Going down in quality: no more little chocolates on the pillows in your room at night, poor quality food in the dining rooms, no captain's party with champagne for return cruisers - The ports were for the most part pretty mediocre - There were way too many people on the ship, and we always felt crowded - Food on Lido Dick was just awful - Service in the dining rooms was so slow: ended up being in the dining room for over two hours every night for a three course meal. In the past we'd be in and out of the dining room in a little over an hour - Even though this was a big ship, the pools were small and always crowded - The water park and slides as well as the rope course were almost always closed for maintenance OVERALL: Carnival Breeze is the largest ship I've cruised on thus far, with a passenger capacity of 4500 and crew capacity of about 1800, but it seems that with a bigger ship, the quality of the food and the service has gone down. I would not cruise on this ship again.

    Tray A.

Hands down the best ship I've ever sailed. We went on a cruise aboard the Breeze with high expectations and it did not disappoint. The ship itself was beautiful and like new. Everything from the fine dining to room service was beyond our expectations. All the staff was accommodating and friendly. Matt our cruise director was the best. His energy cant be matched. We would definitely recommend this ship.

I had previously taken a similar tour in 2019 on Biscayne Bay. I am not sure if this was the same…read morecompany we sailed with. When I booked on TripAdvisor, the tour was listed as being 1hour and 20 minutes. The sail time was listed as 2:30pm with a suggested arrival time of 2pm. We arrived at 2pm on March 19th 2026. We easily found the waiting area...by the Ferris wheel and Hard Rock Cafe. There was no particular order to the line. Once the crew arrived they scanned our digital confirmations and handed us paper tickets. They pulled this wooden ship's wheel out, and began directing us to the wheel to take a photo. We knew this to be a marketing ploy for possible purchase of the photo later. Normally, I do not have an issue with this, I get it. However when we tried to decline the taking of the photo, we were told it was for "safety purposes " and we could always decline the purchase later. Really? I've never heard of such a thing? I felt as though they weren't being honest with us. Once on board, the ship did not pull off until 2:50pm. We returned at 3:50pm. So, in actuality the tour was an hour. The tour let us know about a few historical facts about Biscayne Bay and pointed out celebrity mansions. I know this is a pretty standard tour for the area. This particular one felt rushed with the narrator speaking fast, the music mediocre and not much group interaction. I probably have exhausted my Biscayne Bay tours. I do not see me taking another one, and certainly not with this company.

However, we were very disappointed because the ship was dirty, the smell of gasoline was nauseating at times, and even worse, there was a horrible smell, that of a dead rat or animal of the sort, and trash as well. That aspect made the tour unpleasant and it's unacceptable. THEY NEED TO CLEAN THAT BOAT! PS. The music they play its EXTREMELY LOUD!

The boat was spacious, clean and the crew was very helpful. Great option of snacks and drinks. Jorge from the team did a fantastic job keeping everyone safe explaining the needed safety procedures and politely redirecting people if they stood in an unsafe place or position during the tour. Dr. George has a plethora of knowledge about literally anything we seem to pass by and provides the commentary in a generally neutral and positive way (not always easy to do when discussing Miami's history!). There was also staff onboard from the museum that were very helpful to answer questions. Just a couple points of feedback about the ship: the snack and drink bar seemed to not be able to accept card, due to technical difficulties, which was a bummer since many people nowadays don't have cash. Also, the indoor space at the bottom seemed to be kept very cold. But of course, there were lots of other options for seating including the top that is covered and the front part of the boat had a great view and plenty of room for lots of people.

You should reserve tickets in advance if you want to secure a time. The departure point in Bayside Marketplace, an open air mall and bar / restaurant / entertainment complex in downtown. Parking here (for 2+ hours, which is pretty much required to cover the entire cruise + check-in window) was $34! You are required to check in 45 minutes before departure, probably so they can ensure you don't show up at the last minute and demand a refund. From what I could tell, there were several other boat tour companies also hawking trips from multiple booths at this mall, so maybe you can just walk up for some of them (?). We boarded about 15 minutes before departure. This involved getting forced photos taken, which is always a bad sign to me. If you had arrived early enough (before we did) they even tracked you down before the departure to try to sell you photos. In our case, we just exited afterwards and never got the sales pitch. The cruise itself is not bad. Miami's Biscayne Bay is certainly scenic, and the boats, homes, and skyline you see are interesting. My advice would be to sit on the right / starboard side, as you can generally get better views from there. The cruise starts along the Miami shoreline, then heads out into the bay past various islands. Eventually, you come upon a few areas that are densely developed with high-end homes. The owners of the homes were mostly people whom I'd never heard of - local retiree billionaires who sold pharmaceutical companies, whoever founded Instagram, someone who owns and NBA franchise, etc. Occasionally some name would come up that I had heard of (people recently tried or jailed for things, musicians from a bit further back, etc.). You then pass some even more exclusive island with more generic condos where other celebrities (most of whom I'd heard of) live at least part time. Then you pass the working port area with the cranes and large container ships en route back. The last 10 minutes of the cruise is again the Miami shoreline. The guy doing the narration was good - he seamlessly switched between English and Spanish and sounded fluent in both. There was a bar on board and some of the tour group were quite enthusiastic about it. However, given that I was facing 30+ minutes in Friday Miami rush hour right after the tour, I didn't really want to add alcohol to that scenario. In summary - this wasn't bad, it just wasn't "for us". The scenery was nice, but a lot of the 'content' was stuff I just don't care about.

The best part of the trip was how we had the boat exclusively to ourselves! I didn't know it'd be a private tour until the day I came. So, the boat was just a total of 3 people (captain included). The water temperature was great and the clarity was decent. We even saw two dolphins! You meetup at Whiskey Joe's at the marina and you can start your excursion immediately. I liked that you didn't need to wait around much. I was able to see some cool looking fish, a bottom feeder and a crab. You get 2 hours for the snorkeling and you're not required to wear any life vests (in fact, we weren't offered any and I didn't see any). The water is super shallow so it didn't seem dangerous at all. The water is also salty and easy to float in. The boat was nearby the main snorkeling area. The bad: The area for snorkeling was pretty small. It was an artificial reef where the fish were but outside of that area there is just seagrass and there's no living things to observe. The website says snorkeling starts at $75/pp and up but that's misleading b/c that's only the price if you have 8+ people. When I came to the marina, the worker who had me sign paperwork said that "$25/hour tip is required" when I got an email saying 15% tip is optional. My husband clarified and he said "yes, it's required" but later retracted his statement after I clarified that it was strange to give tip upfront before we even went on the excursion. However, I did already give 15% tip upfront on 50% of the value and then Zelled an additional $25 tip to the captain himself afterward. The cost for snorkeling ended up being $407 for 2 people (pricey). The interesting: The captain swam with us to lead us to the reef and then swam back and was mostly on his phone.

I used WhatsApp and they respond really quickly. Just provide details like the day, amount of people and the time. You can also book through their website which I also did but WhatsApp was immediate service. We quickly found an option that fit our budget and they send over a contract to sign. A small deposit is due during the time you sign your contract with the remaining balance and tip on the day of your trip. They offer drink and food services but we opted to bring our own as they provide an ice cooler. Our captain, Daniel, was great. He texted me right before and we let him know we were running late. Our Uber dropped us off at the wrong location which made us more late but he still gave us our time back when he did not have to all. Once he helped us onto the boat, he asked where we wanted to go and took us to a small island with other boats. He also gives you full access to the music. They also have an option for a large floatie for everyone to lay out and relax on. I highly recommend this if you're looking for a private boat ride. Prices are very reasonable. We went around the mansions and islands of Biscayne Bay for about 90 minutes as the sun set. The tour guide was informative while keeping things light and fun, and the DJ added to the atmosphere by timing songs from artists like Shakira, Jennifer Lopez, and Ricky Martin as we passed their homes. There were plenty of photo opportunities, and although the boat was on the smaller side, it didn't feel crowded. The top and front were open-air, with covered seating downstairs. Approaching the lit-up Miami skyline at the end of the ride was a highlight. The boat had a bar with reasonably priced drinks ($5 beers and $10 cocktails) and snacks available for purchase. The only downside was unclear check-in instructions. The email said the booth was inside Bayside Marketplace behind Chili's on the second floor. Right across from Chili's is a storefront for a different tour operator, and downstairs there are at least ten other booths with similar names, which made it confusing. After asking around, we learned the Fiesta Cruises booth was actually outside on the dock--you have to walk through the Tasca Paella restaurant to reach it. Once we found it, check-in and boarding were smooth. Parking at the garage can also be challenging, especially on weekend evenings or during events. My tour coincided with a Miami Heat game next door, which made traffic and parking more difficult and expensive (a $57 flat event rate). The company did send a warning email recommending public transit or rideshare. Even arriving an hour early, it still took about 40 minutes to park and locate the check-in booth.
