Perhaps the rest of the staff is great, however the lack of professionalism that was extended from…read moreRosy is beyond comprehension. I called to receive a quote for a trip for 2 to Egypt, along the conversation I made a simple inquiry about how the dynamics of travel agency commissions work (because the previous agent gave us the impression that she was shafting us) and it turned into bad/sarcastic/rude treatment and being hung up on. I was eager and ready to book an itinerary with Bru Med and just wanted a better understanding on pricing for my package, since after all it IS my HARD EARNED money that I am using and hoped that Bru Med could help me gain that understanding so that I could feel comfortable with the money spent on this package, however it did not turn out that way. By law, we are entitled to this information, so Rosy: educate yourself please, ignorance is sad in a land of opportunity. Advice, if you're from another country and working here in the states, acclimate to the culture and the caliber of service and attention required to treat and KEEP clients. We are not in Cuba, don't bring your poor treatment of others here and contaminate further the service industry in Miami. Btw, I'm Cuban so I can speak on this.

Just returned from a trip to Italy and Germany arranged by BruMed Travel. I had always heard of…read morethe passion play of Oberammergau. I attempted to obtain tickets on my own without success. It appears you have to be a part of a group to be eligible for tickets. The professional team at BruMed went beyond in preparing this trip. The seats, close to the stage, were amazing. They offered a "pre-trip" itinerary that was also excellent. We were able to see the Shroud of Turin. They even were able to facilitate entrance to see DaVinci's Last Supper in Milan - something I had not been able to do during my prior visits to the city. Overall an excellent experience dealing with the BruMed Staff. Highly recommend their services.

It was just two of us and we truly got the celebrity treatment. Carla, our tour guide was outstanding. A local and former psychology professor at the university, she holds more historical and political knowledge than you can even imagine. Reservations were made at the very best of Cuba's privately owned restaurants and hostels where we received some of the best service of all my travels. No matter what you may be hoping for your Cuban experience, they can make it happen. I truly don't believe that there is a better Cuban travel service. We had such a great time, we are already working with Maria for round 2!
