I wasn't aware of this so I drove a good 30 minutes down to the store in UTC just to be stopped at the front door saying there was a "line" which was quite ample to which I promptly left disappointed without the figurine I was hoping to get as a gift. Looking inside it didn't really seem that busy so it was definitely staffing issue related. Not sure why we're still working off of capacities in the big 26, either hire more workers or expand the size of your business if it cannot allow that many people to enter at one time. As an art store, there are already small aisles since the store is filled with displays. The customers that come in and out aren't the kindest people. There's pushing, shoving, and nonexistent boundaries. My only hope is for some sort of expansion so there's less exchanges of germs. As an avid collector, I'm still a fan and still adore this location. My only hint to visitors: park in the building next to Din Tai Fung for the easiest and quickest access to the store!

I did not have the receipt, as it had been discarded after opening, but the manager had me entertain him by searching for a spot with good cell phone reception (providing proof of purchase within 30 days) and after all the time spent re-explaining the problem and finding a place in the mall with good cell phone reception, and logging into my credit card account, was still told there was nothing they could do about it. That is terrible customer service! Why would you waste a Customer's time and effort if you plan on not resolving the situation? I did not intend to pay over $30 for a poorly sewn product and do not recommend doing business with the South Coast Plaza Popmart store.

There are a few restaurants here that I personally like, especially Din Tai Fung and Haidilao. There's also Starbucks and plenty of other spots depending on what you're in the mood for. The whole area just has a comfortable vibe to it compared to a lot of other malls. Parking has honestly never been too difficult for me either. Even when it gets busy, I can usually still find a spot without too much trouble.

You've got about 20 blissful minutes to enjoy yourself before trying to join the line of cars that moves slower than a sloth on melatonin. I genuinely cannot tell if the exit gates are malfunctioning, cursed, or if the drivers ahead of me were participating in some sort of cognitive endurance experiment. Multiple cars took a baffling 4-5 minutes each at the gate--an interaction that should take about 10 seconds unless you're attempting to solve a Rubik's cube while blindfolded. By the time I escaped, I had aged another decade. I will absolutely never return to this parking lot. Bring a helicopter. Hope this helps.

Instead of buying just one blind box, many people end up purchasing the entire case, and the total definitely adds up quickly. Disneyland Parking Hack at Anaheim GardenWalk (April 2026 update)…read more I saw this info on Instagram and decided to try it myself at the end of April 2026. Sharing both the update and my actual experience. From what I saw online, starting April 1, 2026, parking at Anaheim GardenWalk increased from $18 to $20 for the discounted daily rate, and the process is now different. You no longer need to upload receipts by text. Just buy something at Starbucks, Paris Baguette, or Meet Fresh. At checkout, you need to ask for the "$20 rate" voucher since they won't offer it automatically. They will give you a paper voucher to scan when exiting. Regular parking is first hour free, then $4 per hour, with a $30 daily max. Still cheaper than Disneyland parking. My experience： Navigation: Anaheim GardenWalk 321 W Katella Ave, Anaheim The entrance is on W Katella Ave and goes straight into the indoor structure. The signage is a bit confusing. Elevators show B2 to 5, while parking levels are labeled P1 to P4. Just remember your P level and section. P1 is ground level and has parking plus Paris Baguette P2 and P3 are parking P4 has parking, Starbucks, and Meet Fresh. Google Maps labeling here is a bit misleading Parking tip. Try to park near the elevators since the payment machines are right there. I went on a weekday around 5pm and parked at P3 section B. I walked up to P4 and Starbucks was right around the corner. No mobile order available at that time, card only, and they close at 6:30pm. After ordering, I asked for the parking voucher. Staff did not offer it unless I asked. Walking to Downtown Disney: Fastest route is toward Disney Way, then connect to S Harbor Blvd. If you are not sure, you can navigate to Foundation Room Anaheim. After going down the stairs you will be on Disney Way. It took about 12 minutes to reach security. On the way back, I tried walking from Din Tai Fung toward W Katella and then S Harbor. It added about 30 extra minutes. Going back the same way is definitely faster. Parking payment result: Before leaving, I scanned my ticket and it showed $12. First hour free, then $4 per hour. Then I scanned the $20 Starbucks voucher and the machine showed I could exit with no payment. I even asked staff to confirm and they said if it lets you exit, you are fine. I ended up leaving without paying. That said, the system didn't seem very stable. I saw a few cars getting stuck at the gate. I probably just got lucky this time. I wouldn't expect free parking every time. Safer to assume around $20 per day with validation. If it ends up cheaper, just treat it as a bonus. Either way, it is still cheaper than Disneyland parking, so I would use this option again.

Some sections are pretty little in quantity for some categories compared to other stores I've seen sell Funko Pops but I think this is this only type of store in the area so I guess it's okay. There's a big Minion funko pop statue in the back of the store and they also sell stickers that are the holographic kinds if you want a small, medium, or large! They also sell those loungefly backpacks and their whole section was 25% off too actually which isn't bad. Staff are pretty friendly when you ask them a question.
