Pros * Welcoming feel when you walk through the door. * Family friendly. * Staff are polite and willing to take the time to help you decide especially when you're deciding what to order. * Many customers coming in to order and leaving with a full belly and smiles on their faces (...that's always a good sign ). * The sauce options. I enjoy spice and it's always nice to have many options to enjoy. Cons * During my first visit, I ordered an empanada de pollo. I ranked it a 3 out of 5 due to the chicken wasn't seasoned well. Otherwise, I enjoyed the crispiness of the empanada. * The cashier/order area is a bit crowded and can get congested with customers when it's a bit busy. * No outdoor seating option during the summer months. At this time of this review, it is July 2025. * Staff offering the menu to new customers of other options that are not displayed on screen above the drink fountain area. * Other items to purchase along the back wall is a bit cluttered which could be utilized for other options (e.g., cutlery, extra plates, and the like). Overall, my family enjoys this local business and plan on returning. My rating would have been a 3.5, however with this rating system on Yelp it leaned more towards a 4.

My family and I enjoyed our experience. One slight feedback would be to have chili lime on the shredded chicken. The beef is fire and organic grass feed angus! Super tasty and delicious! Other than that, don't pass up this nice authentic place

We stumbled upon this place while walking to another spot, and instantly had a place that we were excited about going every time we come into town! It was open by a gentleman who felt like the area could use a specialty butcher that carried a little bit nicer cuts of meat, slightly larger variety and had a cool vibe. He accomplished all three! They carry all the standard beef, chicken and pork, but also do some more specialty meats like rabbit and specialty sausages. We also loved the fact that they carry some good cheeses, including a really nice aged Gouda! My best half loves her some aged Gouda, so anytime we find something good we make note of it. The Decour here is slightly eclectic, but still familiar. They've also got some really cool custom doors that lead back into The back and windows that allow you to see where all the action is taking place. Never anything gruesome, but it's nice to see where the meat is actually being cut and prepared. In addition to the delicious non-vegetarian options, they carry some different varieties of crackers, some legit Marcona almonds and straight from the farm eggs. Prices were very fair, and the service was impeccable. This is a place that I hope starts to make T-shirts as I will definitely be excited to support all that they're doing. If you're in the area, you should definitely check this place out!

We look forward to shopping here again during our next visit to Walla Walla, as we expect their other products will meet the high bar set by the cheese we found. SERVICE: 4.5. Fast and friendly. My son, who lives in Pendleton, told me I had to check this place out on my short visit and brought…read moreme here. I do love me some meat! So I said, "you better take me there." So we did. As soon as I walked in I was in heaven with this carnivore promoting meat market / butcher shop! They had some great looking fresh meats behind the counter at reasonable prices, an area with beef jerky and dried sausage sticks, and a freezer area with a multitude of sausages and other frozen items (rabbit, bison, et al). They had such a wide variety of different flavor infused sausages I couldn't help but pick a few out to take. I only had so much room in my suitcase so I selected the '7 Pepper Bratwurst', 'Philly Cheesesteak Bratwurst' and a pack of 'skinny dogs' (hot dogs). There were at least a half dozen more I would have purchased had I had that room in that suitcase of mine. They made it home safely with me (TSA did not confiscate [to take home to their own freezer? lol] and they are in my freezer awaiting the right time to indulge. I picked out two dried sausage sticks (maple habanero and jalapeno) to try, along with a slab of their teriyaki flavored beef jerky. Each was individually wrapped. I would later eat both the sticks and enjoyed them both, the jalapeno more so. The slab of jerky was for my son, but I tried it and it was very good as well - not too much teriyaki flavor, which I really am not a fan of. It had just the right amount for me and I should have bought some for myself. The young staff working the day I was there were very friendly and helpful, with one of them giving me pointers about meal preparations on the frozen sausages I selected; primarily the philly cheesesteak bratwurst (which I have never tried before, but sounded quite interesting). If you are a carnivore you should make this one of your stops, be you a local or tourist. If you are only into eating nuts and berries then give it hard pass.

It's a local butchery, with an incredible selection of meats. I bought several pieces of handmade jerky. They were all terrific - not heavily salted, but full of flavor and everything you could want when hiking and in need of protein. Hines Meat is a terrific and unexpected find!
