Love this place! I've tried many nail salons but this is my favorite. My mom gets her nails done by Julie, and I always go with Paul. I don't usually get a full manicure because I'm very particular with my nails and prefer to file / style them myself, so this place is great for me because I usually don't make an appointment, and they always have time for a paint change when I just walk in. $5 for a paint / color change--can't get better than that! I don't have fake nails, and my natural nails are fairly long, so when one gets a small snag, I go in and have them use the acrylic powder to build up the small break.... $2. The quality of work is extremely professional; I have never left unhappy with any paint job. And if you accidentally ruin a nail while letting them dry, they'll happily fix it for you. A gel mani-pedi took almost 2-1/2 hours. I was asked to wait 5 minutes for a chair and waited 30 minutes in an almost empty shop. The woman doing my nails filed my nails unevenly, couldn't get the gel to set on my toenails & fingernails, despite having healthy nail beds. The end result was awful. The polish was streaky and/or lumpy on some, there was no polish on the sides of my nails. The next day, the gel on my thumbnail lifted and when it peeled off it looked like regular nail polish. DO NOT COME HERE! They do not deserve business. Regardless if I called in on Monday to make an appointment on Friday at 12:00pm with Paul, I was already sitting down with him and he was prepping my nails...I was kicked out because they made a MISTAKE on the schedule. They scheduled this other lady in for 12:15pm. Is that my problem? Henry, the person who does the schedule, said he was at the doctors for his arm and the lady who took in my information didn't do her job correctly. Is that my issue? I've been here a few times, but only when I was desperate and in the area. I always happen to get the same person, and she is so rude. I speak their language, and I can understand everything they say, and I think it is so disrespectful to talk about your client. Not only is it rude because it's in another language, but when I can understand, too? I definitely gave her a low tip. As for the polish, they need to get newer nail polish. It does last me a long time, though, but I've experienced better for sure. Also, I always have to wait when I come. read more

I came in last week and they did an ok job but in less than a week one of my nails broke. So I called made an appointment and came in thinking I would have pretty nails again. I was wrong. First he was in a hurry like it's my fault they were busy. Then they didn't have the same color powder so the new nail is a different color and lastly he expressed "this took so much of my time" ...I won't be making that mistake again!! I had the greatest time getting my nails done here this morning. I was a walk in and was seen in about 15 minutes. I had originally wanted gel nails, but I ended up picking out a color for the organic dipping powder. I had never seen or heard of this product before, but Henry was nice enough to tell me that the dipping powder method lasted longer than gel (1 month) and didn't damage your nail bed! It's $10 more than gel, but the no damage to my nail bed sealed the deal. Henry was so funny and a pleasure to talk to. His work is great as well! I will definitely be back! Not recommended if you are a perfectionist. I got a French pedicure and the lady couldn't do the toes on foot like the other... she insisted they were the same. Came here around Christmas time. First of all, we were told to come back in 30 mins to get a seat. Then when we came back we had to wait another 30 mins to be seen. The people were nice in the shop though. As for the nails, they did not look pretty. The polish was painted unevenly and the acrylics were bulky. We asked them while it was being done to fix it but they said it's will look fine in the end lol. It seemed like they wanted more customers rather than focusing on the quality of their work. I wouldn't recommend this place unless you had to go. Based on the other reviews, it seems very hit or miss. read more

So after searching around town for a spot that will do a 3d design without charging me up the wazoo, I decided on this place. I came in on a Sunday at 1:30, they asked me to return at 2:15. I live right around the corner so NO PROB! :) I come back in at 2:06 and he was ready to start. He was VERY accommodating. I asked for a pink/white with glitter in the pink- easy. He did a great job. He was fast, made clean lines, clean file job, and very clean 3-d work. I LOVE THIS PLACE. And to top off the great experience- IT WAS CHEAP! Another salon charged my friend $75 for the same thing (less options on pink colors) and I only paid $35 (before tip). I am VERY happy, and my sister is jealous of my nails. read more

This was my first time here, My friend goes here because she likes a certain manicurist (sorry I don't know her name) and we decided to have a mani/pedi catch-up day here. So I had really no expectations, but I figured they would do a decent job. I got a gel manicure and a regular polish pedicure. I loved my pedicure, but I was extremely disappointed in my gel manicure. It was uneven and the polish didn't even cover my whole nail! The sides and back of my nail near the cuticle have no polish so it looked as if my nails grew out and that my manicure was like a week old. I don't remember the name of the lady who did my nails but although she was nice, I had to keep telling her to get my cuticle out since she did a poor job cleaning my nails. Last visit here was horrible. Have been going to this nail salom for at least 5+ years. Gotten everything from eyebrow waxing to mani and pedis. Usually okay. Kind of busy, but this last visit was horrible. I took my daughter and her friend, and the nail tech was so rude. My daughter asked for a speicfic color, and nail tech did differnt color. We asked her to change it but she refused. One of the nails was messed up, and she refused to fix it. She sinply told my daughter no. Not sure if this rude treatment was because the girls are still children but I'm payiregular full price so I expect them to be treated nicely. read more
