I did my usual process and scoped out their website being a first time customer of this particular shop. I called and happened to speak to Gail herself. We discussed some modifications and I crossed my fingers. I felt she really listened and was upfront with the inventory she had and ability to fulfill the order. It was pricey but I felt confident. I came in the next day to pick up the arrangement and was surprised that it was a shop on her home property. It was felt so personal and quaint. She showed me the arrangement that was ready at the specified pick up time and I was blown away! With the color modifications and the flower alternatives we discussed, it came out gorgeous. I could not have asked for anything to be done better. It was perfect for the event and everyone loved it. I will definitely be a returning customer!

I spoke with Megan, who told me they could deliver today. She was very nice, found out exactly what I wanted, and my mother-in-law is thrilled. She said the flowers are gorgeous and she loves them. The roads and sidewalks are still treacherous in Denton, so it would have been understandable if they couldn't deliver today, but I'm very grateful that they did.

I have never once been disappointed (and more importantly neither has my wife). You can tell that the flower quality is really great. Their delivery has been reliable, but I've also gone inside and was surprised by how many good gifts and cards they have available. I also met some of the people who work there, and all of them were incredibly nice.

What arrived was wilted, sparse, and shockingly small--nothing like the lush, elegant arrangement shown online. The quality was cheap, careless, and poorly arranged (see attached pic). Worse than the product was the customer service. When I called to address the issue, I was interrupted, talked over, yelled at, and hung up on. The owner was defensive, dismissive, and aggressively rude. Anyone reading this should take a moment to scroll through the business's responses to negative Google reviews--that alone tells you everything you need to know. Bloom Around will NEVER stand behind their product when there are issues and instead they treat customers with open contempt. Do not trust them with your money or your meaningful moments.
