It was my first time here and I was honestly impressed. The food was really good but what stood out…read moreto me the most was the attention to detail. A lot of taco trucks have got my order wrong but they got everything right the first time. That already says a lot. On top of that they gave me FIVE salsas without me even asking. Most taco trucks either give you one tiny container or charge extra so that was a big plus. They also hooked it up with onions on the side plenty of limes and even extra plates. That level of service was refreshing and appreciated. The food came out quick too which is always a bonus. Solid spot. I'll definitely be coming back.

They offer all the usual meat options, so nothing out of the ordinary there. One downside is that it's cash only, which isn't always convenient. The wait time was reasonable. I ordered four tacos for myself (carne asada and tripas) and five for my son (carne asada). Unfortunately, the food didn't quite live up to expectations. The carne asada lacked seasoning, and the tripas weren't as crispy as I'd hoped. On top of that, they messed up my order and gave me plain carne asada tacos--no cilantro, no onions--which might've contributed to the flavor being underwhelming. Compared to El Hidalguense right across the street, which usually has a bigger crowd, I can see why this truck is a little less busy. I appreciate the clean and convenient environment, but I'm not sure if I'll be back for the food.

The carne asada was good but the tripas not so much. I prefer tripas a bit more crispy. Their alien outside the truck is funky but I suppose it goes with their theme. Prices are fair and I'll go back to check out the rest of their meat choices.

If you're a fan of jalapeños you will love how loaded theirs is. You probably can't tell by the picture but believe me when I tell you there were lots. To the point where I had to pluck some out. Anyways the sauce had a little kick but could have been a little spicier. As for atmosphere there's not much you can say. They are a truck and it was at a street fair. As for service they were very friendly and the food came out in a reasonable amount of time.

They used to be one of my favorite places to go for gorditas but for the last few times I have been…read morevery disappointed. The lady that takes orders is rude, speaks like if she's doing you a favor. They hardly put any stuffing in them ( literally one small piece of chicharron in my gordita smashed to make it look a little bigger than what it was ) and on top of that, they raised their prices again, but usually if the prices go up is to maintain the same food quality and this is not the case. I'm very sorry, but they lost a good faithful customer. I know everyone has their days so I never complained to them, but gave them a few more chances but service and quality of food is still so I'll just leave my opinion here and go elsewhere. With so many Gordita places, they need to step up their game cuz I've seen their competitors and have way more clients than them.
