Most taco trucks either give you one tiny container or charge extra so that was a big plus. They also hooked it up with onions on the side plenty of limes and even extra plates. They offer all the usual meat options, so nothing out of the ordinary there. One downside is that it's cash only, which isn't always convenient. The wait time was reasonable. I ordered four tacos for myself (carne asada and tripas) and five for my son (carne asada). Unfortunately, the food didn't quite live up to expectations. The carne asada lacked seasoning, and the tripas weren't as crispy as I'd hoped. On top of that, they messed up my order and gave me plain carne asada tacos--no cilantro, no onions--which might've contributed to the flavor being underwhelming. Compared to El Hidalguense right across the street, which usually has a bigger crowd, I can see why this truck is a little less busy. I appreciate the clean and convenient environment, but I'm not sure if I'll be back for the food.
