The carne asada lacked seasoning, and the tripas weren't as crispy as I'd hoped. On top of that, they messed up my order and gave me plain carne asada tacos--no cilantro, no onions--which might've contributed to the flavor being underwhelming. Compared to El Hidalguense right across the street, which usually has a bigger crowd, I can see why this truck is a little less busy.
